A movie and television special presents an Islamic Jesus to the Moslem world

Listen to Today's Program Play

A film producer, who shares the ideas of Iran's hard-line president, has produced what he says is the first film giving an Islamic view of Jesus Christ in a bid to show the common ground, he says, between Moslems and Christians.

The film, Jesus the spirit of Allah, and it's television version which will further explore the links between Jesus and the Immam Mahdi, the Moslem Messiah, who will usher in, with Jesus, a new era of peace and harmony.

The film and TV version of the Islamic Jesus says that Jesus was not crucified but was taken by Allah directly into heaven to await His return with the Islamic Messiah.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

An Islamic Jesus, who did not die on a cross and resurrect from the dead, is not the Jesus of the Bible, and a film depicting such a Jesus to the Moslem world has great prophetic significance for the end times.

In an effort to make a bridge between Christianity and Islam, despite the stark divergence from Christian doctrine about the final hours of Jesus Christ before His death, the Iranian film producer believes he can open the door for dialog between Christians and Moslems.

The film, by saying that Allah saved Jesus from death on a cross with Judas taking His place, is a stark contradiction to the Bible records in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is the foundation of the Christian faith.

The Apostle Paul wrote the Corinthians two thousand years ago that if Jesus Christ did not die and resurrect from the dead, He was not the Son of God and we Christians are still in sin, I Corinthians 15:1-20.

In that same letter to the Christians in Corinth, Paul wrote of the Rapture of the Church, I Corinthians 15:51-53, when Jesus will take us from Earth to Heaven to be with Him forevermore. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is a must if the Rapture is to take place.

Anyone, Islamists or whomever, who says that Jesus Christ did not die and raise from the dead is of an Anti-Christ philosophy, I John 2. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Scientists now say our Milky Way is much larger than first thought and is on a collision course

Listen to Today's Program Play

According to a research report given at a major astronomy meeting, scientists now say our galaxy is much larger than once thought and the results suggest that the Milky Way is as large as the largest galaxy in our local group. Astronomers were able to calculate the total amount of dark matter in the Milky Way which makes up the majority of the galaxy's mass which is about 50 percent more mass than earlier predicted.

The greater mass means that future collisions with nearby galaxies could could happen sooner than thought according to researchers but these researchers say a possible collision is still billions of years in the future.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The latest scientific research reveals information that once again is evidence of how science may one day catch up to the truth that is found in God's word, the Bible.

The latest scientific information about the earth's galaxy, the Milky Way, is that it is possible 50 percent larger that previously thought. The astronomers that made the report recently stated that this could increase the chances of a collision in space, a collision that the scientific world believes is at least a billion years from now - don't be too worried about the collision. Once again, it is clear that astronomy is an evolving science - they do not have all the facts straight quite yet.

God's word is much closer to the truth of the origins of the universe that science has ever been even though we take the Biblical account of Creation by faith. God's word uses 5 words to speak about the creation of the stars which is found in Genesis 1:16 where it says, "He made the stars also." God's word said it, and that settles it for me.

Prophetically, this is key because II Peter 3 says that in the last days men will deny the Lord's Second Coming as they also deny that God created the heavens, the Earth, and all that in them is - and He controls all of His Creation. God's word is absolute scientifically and prophetically. Jesus Christ is coming - Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

A group of American Christian leaders have launched a campaign against Christians who support Israel

Listen to Today's Program Play

What the media refers to as leftist American Christian leaders have launched a full-scale public relations campaign against Christians who support Israel who these Christian leaders call, "Christian Zionists."

A brochure being distributed to approximately 45 million Americans charges that Christian Zionists foster fear and hatred of Muslims and non-western Christians and can lead to the dehumanization of Israelis and Palestinians. These church leaders that oppose the Christian Zionists claim that the security of the United States is being harmed because the absence of a Palestinian state encourages terrorist attacks against the United States as well as Israel.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

American churches divided in their support for the Jewish state of Israel is a forerunner to the prophetic scenario in the Bible for the End Times.

When American church leaders launch a full-scale public relations campaign against the element of the American Christian community that wholeheartedly supports the Jewish state of Israel, the world stands by and watches as the body of Christ moves away from total support to God's plan for the End Times.

The definition of a Christian Zionist is a true born again believer in Jesus Christ that accepts the prophetic scenario found in God's Word for the Jewish people in the last days. 2500 years ago, the ancient Jewish prophets wrote that in the last days, God would bring Jews from the four corners of the Earth to the land of their forefathers, the land of Israel (Ezekiel 34, 36, 37 Deuteronomy 30, and Jeremiah 31).

Revelation 17 speaks of a false religion in the last days that would fall under satanic influence and oppose the creation of a Jewish state in the Middle East and God's fulfillment of His promises to the Jews.

God promised Abraham, Genesis 12 and 15, that there would be a Jewish nation on the land that they now live on and they would live there forever. In spite of the public relations campaign launched by leftist American church leaders against these prophecies, Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Lebanon has recognized the state of Palestine

Listen to Today's Program Play

The Lebanese government has put the process to form full diplomatic relations with what it is calling the state of Palestine and is elevating the office of the PLO in Beirut to the status of an embassy.

The Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) is regarded by the Arab League as the sole representative of the Palestinian people and the PLO is currently headed by Mahmoud Abbas who is also the President of the PA that is located in Israel. Lebanon believes that the show of support Abbas who is facing tough times due to a split in the Palestinian people and a running battle between Fatah and Hamas, that this support will help Abbas.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

An Arab nation, Lebanon recognizing the state of Palestine is in lockstep with Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

Even though there has never been a state of Palestine, for the seventy years the Middle East leaders have been calling for the Jewish people to give the state of Palestine back to the Palestinian people. Someone said, "If you tell a lie long enough, it seems to become what people consider the true". Now, Lebanon is helping to continue that lie. Every Middle East peace process that has been tried has also called for the two-state solution, Israel and Palestine. A study of history will not reveal a state of Palestine, however it will reveal the Ottoman Empire controlling the place today called Israel from 1515 to 1917. Then, the British took control of the area until the UN granted the Jewish people a state called Israel.

The ancient Jewish prophets Malachi, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Obadiah all reveal that in the Last Days the Edomites, descendants of Esau, the Palestinian people today would rise up and build a nation even with specific borders, Ezekiel 35, Jeremiah 49, Malachi 1 and Obadiah.

Lebanon's recognition of the state of Palestine is indeed a step closer to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

A number of nations are calling for an international economic power structure

Listen to Today's Program Play

The UK and Germany believe that a new international system regulating the financial sector of our world must be constructed to prevent a repeat of another global banking crisis in the future and it would be an international authority that will make the traffic rules for financial markets.

Great Britain's financial minister Alister Darling said just as one government cannot combat terrorism, so one government cannot deal with the consequences of globalization. There is now a need for a global system of financial regulation. China has also called for a world order to battle a financial tsunami, a financial order no longer dependent on the US, but one that would create a diversified currency and a financial system that would be a fair and just financial world order.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

A call by Great Britain, Germany and China for a new worldwide financial order, one not dependent on the US, is a page out of Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

The economic crisis that has been created in the US has affected every financial market around the world and has motivated some world leaders to look for an alternative to the US as the foundation of a world economy. With world leaders now looking for a system to fix this global economy, the calls for an international regulator of the global financial markets is similar to a scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy.

Revelation 18 is a prophecy of just such an international financial system, a new world financial order that will be in place for the last 3 1/2 years of the seven year Tribulation Period. This one world economic system will be headquartered in Babylon, which is modern day Iraq, also found in Revelation 18. The leader of this economic system will be the Antichrist which rules and reigns from Babylon. This economic system will ultimately be destroyed, Revelation 16:17-20, Isaiah 13, 14 and Jeremiah 50, 51, but that will happen only after Jesus Christ, the Messiah returns to the earth.

The present worldwide financial crisis is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Israeli President Shimon Peres says that his nation is on the verge of a civil war

Listen to Today's Program Play

During a state visit to England and when Shimon Peres was knighted, the Israeli president told the members of British Parliament that his nation would have difficulty dismantling the Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria without causing a civil war in Israel.

Peres told the British Parliament that he and the present Israeli government had responded positively to the Arab peace initiative, the Saudi Peace Plan, which calls for the Jewish settlements to be evacuated returning Israel to the pre-1967 Six Day War borders.

Based upon experience, the Israeli president believes that the Jewish settlers will go to war before they destroy their homes and leave Judea and Samaria, a portion of Israel, that the Jewish settlers believe is God given.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The statement by the Israeli President Shimon Peres that Israel is on the verge of a civil war is a precursor to the end time scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy.

The former Prime Minister of Israel, Ariel Sharon, told United States President George Bush several years ago that Israel was about to go to a civil war. Sharon was not talking about a war between Jews and Palestinians but a war between Jews and fellow Jews. Now with the Israeli President Shimon Peres echoing the former prime minister, the situation has become very serious.

In light of recent Israeli government decisions to evacuate Jewish settlements in the Gaza Strip and plans to do the same in Judea and Samaria, a potential for a civil war in Israel is very high. One Israeli official even said that right now there is a state within a state in Israel.

Bible prophecy actually calls for a second Jewish state during the end times (Malachi 2 and Ezekiel 37:15-23). The "two sticks" in Ezekiel 37, Israel and Judah, are the two Jewish states that will be in existence at the time of the return of Jesus Christ after the seven year Tribulation period.

The potential civil war in Israel is indeed a precursor to Bible prophecy being fulfilled.

Iran already has enough nuclear material for one atomic bomb

Listen to Today's Program Play

According to nuclear experts who have analyzed the latest report from global atomic inspectors, Iran has now produced roughly enough nuclear material to make, with added purification, a single atomic bomb. A routine update from the International Atomic Energy Agency which has been conducting inspections of Iran's main nuclear facility states that the Iranians clearly have enough enriched uranium for at least one nuclear bomb.

However, nuclear experts say that Iran would have to further purify the fuel and put it into a warhead design, a technical advance that Western experts are unsure Iran has yet achieved.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The fact that nuclear experts say that Iran now has enough material to make one atomic bomb is evidence that Bible prophecy is ever so close to being fulfilled.

The world has been standing by watching as Iran has manipulated the United Nations inspectors just long enough to achieve its goal of enriching enough uranium to make a nuclear weapon of mass destruction. Now the latest report from the United Nations inspectors has led nuclear experts to conclude that Iran can now produce at least one atomic bomb.

This report is solid evidence that the end time scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy is as I said, ever so close to fulfillment. From Psalm 83 and Ezekiel 38 we learn that Iran is a major player in the last days. Israeli President Shimon Peres said recently that Iran is obsessed with its quest for a Middle East region religious bloc with its Islamic faith at the center of this bloc.

All Middle Eastern nations have a healthy fear of Iran. However, they all are to some extent into this dominant religious bloc. The ancient Jewish prophet Joel revealed the formation of a major military army, the largest ever formed on the Earth that will attack Israel at the beginning of the seven year Tribulation Period (Joel 2).

Iran's capability to have a nuclear weapon of mass destruction right now does indeed set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Hamas called on Egypt to send its army into Jerusalem to liberate the al Aqsa Mosque

Listen to Today's Program Play

The Egyptian FM suggested recently that Egyptian soldiers should take over the security in the Gaza Strip. The Hamas spokesman, Ismail Radwan said Arab countries should send their armies to the Israeli capital and take over Jerusalem which the PA wants as its capital for the state of Palestine.

The call by Hamas for the Arab world to liberate al Aqsa Mosque located on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem means the most sacred spot on earth to Judaism, the Temple Mount, could see the armies of the Arab world take action against the heart of Israel and the Jewish people. Hamas, the Palestinian-Islamic terror organization, has bitterly objected to the ongoing talks between the PA President Mahmoud Abbas and the Israelis and wants the Arab and Islamic world to make plans for a conquest of Jerusalem and that to take place very soon.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

A call by Hamas for the Arab and Islamic world to send its armies into Jerusalem to liberate the Temple Mount is a scenario that is found in Bible prophecy for the "end times".

Rejecting the suggestion from Egypt's FM that the Egyptian army should take over security in the Gaza Strip, Hamas has called for what could become a major conflict in the Middle East. The Hamas spokesman has called for the Arab and Moslem world to enter Jerusalem and liberate the al Aqsa Mosque which is located on the Temple Mount, a holy site to both the Moslems and the Jews. Arab and Moslem armies on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem would signal to any student of Bible prophecy that the return of the Messiah, Jesus Christ was very close at hand.

The ancient Jewish prophet Joel said that in the "last days" a mighty militia, the largest army ever formed on earth, would come to Jerusalem to take it from the Jewish people, Joel 2:1-4. There is only one group of people that could form such a military might and that is the Islamic peoples as revealed in Daniel 11, Ezekiel 38 and Psalm 83. However, before the major battle over Jerusalem takes place, Jesus Christ will call for Christians to join Him in the heavens, Revelation 4, I Thessalonians 4:13-18 and I Corinthians 15:51-53.

Scientists say that the global oil reserves could run out within four years

Listen to Today's Program Play

There is a group of scientists based in London that have challenged the major review of global oil reserves and they are warning that oil supplies will start to run out in only four years time, a report that governments and oil companies are not ready to admit according to the scientists.

Dr. Colin Campbell, the head of this delegation of scientists says that world consumption of oil will catch and then out strip the discovery of new reserves even as oil reserves are depleted affecting the world economy.

A survey of the four countries with the biggest reported reserves Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, and Kuwait reveals major concerns especially since consumption is increasing by 2 to 3 million barrels a day, each year.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The depletion of global oil reserves within the next four years may well speed up the fulfillment of the End Times scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy.

Two-thirds of the world's oil reserves lie in the Middle East and increasing demand will have to be met with massive increases in supply from the region. Scientists now believe that within four years global oil reserves will begin to run out.

This report if correct could have a major impact on the Middle East region and in particular the major oil producers in the region Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Iran. In reality, the sale of oil by these middle eastern nations has been the key factor in the influence of these nations who lead the war against the Jewish state in the end times scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy.

Psalm 83, Daniel 11, and Ezekiel 38 reveal the Middle Eastern nations that attack Israel in the Last Days. In the book Joel chapter 2 there is a description of the mighty militia that will go to Jerusalem to set up its world empire.

Daniel 9:27 and 11:45 reveals that a world economic leader will come to power. Revelation 18 says that he will be headquartered in the midst of these oil rich nations, nations about to deplete their oil resources.

The time seems short until Bible prophecy will indeed be fulfilled.

The Supreme Moslem Council says the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is Jewish

Listen to Today's Program Play

Over a decade ago the Chief Moslem cleric for the Palestinian Authority(PA) Mufti Sabri stated that the claim of the Jewish people to the right of control over Jerusalem is false and that the Islamic world only recognized Islamic supervision over Jerusalem.

However, it is now known that this absolute claim to Jerusalem and the Temple Mount is not absolute according to a document recently discovered, published by the Supreme Moslem Council back in 1925 which states that the Temple Mount is the site of Solomon's Temple and this is beyond dispute.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The discovery of a Moslem document stating that the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is Jewish is inline with biblical history and the "endtime" scenario for Bible prophecy.

I personally stood in the office of Shiekh Sabri, the Mufti of Jerusalem, and heard this chief Moslem cleric for the PA state there was never a Jewish presence on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and that this site was a Moslem holy site dating back 6,000 years. With his statement, which is part of a campaign to convince the world that the Jews have no claim to the Temple Mount, the Mufti, Sheikh Sabri, contradicted Jewish and biblical history but it is now known that the Mufti contradicted his own Supreme Moslem Council.

The Islamic document discovered recently that states the Temple Mount was the site of Solomon's Temple, the Temple built by Israel's third king, is in perfect harmony with Bible history, II Chronicles 3-5. The Temple Mount in Jerusalem was also the site of the second Jewish Temple built by the Jews who returned from Babylon led by Zerubbabel, Ezra 1-6. This sacred site to the Jewish people, the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, will also be the site of the next Temple to be built there as well, that is according to Bible prophecy, Zechariah 1:14-16, 6:12.

However, until that Temple of the Messiah is built, controversy will surround this holy site, the Temple Mount in Jerusalem as indicated by this newly discovered Moslem document.

NASA-like technology will allow the world to see and read the Dead Sea Scrolls

Listen to Today's Program Play

The Israeli Antiquities Authority is working on a project that will allow scientists to use space age NASA-like technology to bring to light the faded scripts of thousands of fragments of the Dead Sea Scrolls, the oldest existing record of the Old Testament.

The Dead Sea Scrolls, Israel's greatest archaeological find, were found in 1947 by a Bedwin shepherd boy near the ancient Jewish community of Kumran on the shores of the Dead Sea, a factor that actually helped preserve these ancient manuscripts. This NASA-like technology will allow for the preservation of the entire collection of the Dead Sea Scrolls as well as the opportunity for scholars, religious leaders and any interested party to view these ancient manuscripts.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

With the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls and now with NASA-like technology being used to read these ancient manuscripts, the world can read the words of ancient Jewish prophets who prewrote human history which is being played out today.

Scientists and skeptics have for years complained about not being able to have access to the Dead Sea Scrolls. Israel's Antiquity Authority has put in place a five year project that will give all interested parties the opportunity to view all the Dead Sea Scrolls and study the message found in these ancient manuscripts. Uniquely, all the books of the Old Testament are a part of the collection of scrolls except the book of Esther and there are multiple copies of many of the prophetic books. These prophetic books layout God's plan for the Jewish people for the "last days".

Time will not allow me to recite all prophetic scenarios, but only two examples. For example, the scroll of Ezekiel speaks of an "end time" regathering of the Jewish people to the land of their forefathers, Ezekiel 34-37. Jeremiah's scroll speaks of a terrible time in the future for the Jews, but promises that God will deliver the Jews from the "Time of Jacob's Trouble", Jeremiah 30-33.

The Dead Sea Scrolls are tangible evidence of Bible prophecy.

An internationally renowned Jewish author and inspirational speaker says that we should be preparing for the coming of the Messiah

Listen to Today's Program Play

Internationally renowned Jewish inspirational speaker and author, Esther Jungreis, is warning that the world is feeling the birth pangs of the Messiah and she warns that time is limited to prepare for the dark prophecies surrounding his arrival.

Jungreis, the founder of a Jewish outreach organization and author of many books, says that many people feel fear as global turbulent events begin to make their mark on Jews and their allies around the world. Jungreis tells her audiences and writes in her books that God is bringing the world closer to redemption with these labor pains which is a part of the process of the arrival of the Messiah.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The warning for the Jewish people to prepare for the coming of the Messiah by a Jewish inspiriational speaker and author is right in line with Bible prophecy for the last days.

According to Jewish history, there has been a number of times down through the centuries that the Jewish people have been warned to prepare for the coming of the Messiah. The New York City rabbi, the late Revi Sneerson, was presented by his followers as the Messiah. But as I mentioned, he is the late - the dead - Revi Sneerson. Esther Jungreis is now telling her Jewish audiences to prepare for the coming of the Messiah.

I believe Jungreis is correct. The Messiah is about to come - but for the second time. The Messiah I am referring to is Jesus Christ, the Messiah of the Jewish people and, in fact, the entire world. The Bible says that the Messiah will come back to Earth when the Jewish people are returning to their homeland, Israel. The Muslims of the world want to drive the Jewish people from their lands when their is talk and effort to bring peace to the Middle East and when the Jews are preparing to rebuild their temple (Ezekiel 34 - 46).

All prophecies that will be fulfilled before the Messiah comes back to Earth are at that point of being fulfilled.

Iraqi Christians are fleeing their homes in fear of being killed

Listen to Today's Program Play

According to Iraqi officials, at least 900 Christian families have fled their homes, frightened by a series of killings by Muslim extremists and threats to convert to Islam or face death. The main focus of this persecution of Iraqi Christians is in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul. The Iraqi Defense Minister has ordered more checkpoints in Christian neighborhoods, with additional security patrols and more aerial surveillance of Christian areas.

Iraqi officials say Iraqi security services and armed forces must protect the Christians because they are partners in the rebuilding of the war-torn nation of Iraq.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The killing of Christians in Iraq today is a precursor to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy in the future.

There have been reports of Christians being killed in Iraq since the days of Saddam Hussein. In fact, Hussein ordered the killings of thousands of Christians under his leadership. Since the fall of Saddam and the beginning of the insurgency, the Islamic struggle to take over Iraq, there has been an increase in the killings of Christians. This report indicates that even the present Iraqi leadership recognizes what is happening in Iraq's Christian community.

Bible prophecy predicts a time when believers in Jesus Christ will be killed in Iraq. Revelation 18 reveals that Iraq, (biblical Babylon), will be the economic, political, governmental center of the earth. Revelation 13 speaks of the world leader at that time, the Antichrist, forcing people to take a mark in their forehead or the back of their right hand in order to be able to buy and sell the necessities of life. Believers in Christ who refuse to take the mark will be killed, (Revelation 6:9, 20:4). This will happen during the reign of the Antichrist in Babylon.

Threats against Iraqi Christians and the slaughter of these believers in Christ today is evidence that Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The EU has threatened to wipe England off the map and create a united Europe

Listen to Today's Program Play

The EU from their Brussels headquarters, is talking about a plan that would wipe England off the map and create a united Europe according to British officials who say the EU has revised a map that would divide up England and create a European superstate via the backdoor.

The plan would actually split England into three sections with additional land from other countries to create traditional regions, an endeavor by the EU to boost trade between the European nations. The EU has already named the three regions and selected the nations that would make up the regions which includes England, France, Ireland, Whales, and parts of Portugal, Spain and Scotland.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

As the EU moves ahead with a plan to setup regions in Europe made up of the member states of the EU, the student of Bible prophecy can see better the prophetic scenario found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

Over the years, the EU has come to its present membership of 27 different nations. Add to these 27 member states the 17 or 18 new states from the Mediterranean Union that has recently been formed and you have 44 to 45 member states that would make up a future EU, a powerful, political, economic, governmental force in our world. Libya's Colonel Gaddafi said this united Europe including the Middle Eastern states looks like the old Roman Empire which is the goal of the EU leaders. Gaddafi was pretty much on target. The ancient borders of the old Roman Empire match the borders of the expanded EU, a step closer to Bible prophecy being fulfilled.

Daniel, the ancient Jewish prophet, in chapters 2 and 7 of his prophecy, wrote 2,500 years ago of the revived Roman Empire as the major player in the Last Days and that would include the 10 toes of Daniel 2 and the 10 horns of Daniel 7.

The potential for regions in the EU, 10 regions as they are calling for, is indeed a scenario found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

The Israeli government will one day build a Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem

Listen to Today's Program Play

Recently, the President of the PA, Mahmoud Abbas said that the Israeli government is getting ready to build a Temple on the Temple Mount. I ask our broadcast partner in Jerusalem, Rabbi Yoel Keren would the Israeli government really build a Temple on the Temple Mount today.

Rabbi Yoel Keren: One day they will. So, the answer is yes and no. On the one hand, yes it is very foolish, very insightful the things that he is saying. He is hanging on to what little bit of power and money he has by a thread and he is trying to bolster himself. This is a typical tactic we know that they use whenever they feel they are in trouble, they feel it helps rally people to their side to scream out about the Al Aqsa Mosque and things like that. So, on one hand, yes that is true, on the other hand as you know I have traditionally said I wish there was a Jewish government that wanted to build the Temple, unfortunately there is not. Just today or yesterday a statement was made by the Housing and Infrastructure Minister Yuri Ariel.

He said we've done a lot of building, we've build a lot of buildings, we've built a lot of small temples, which is a term in Hebrew that is used as the nickname for synagogue. It is like we have created these small temples for ourselves even though they are not temples, and there is only one Temple. He says we've created a lot of small temples, but that is not what we want. We do not want buildings that look like temples. We do not want buildings that we nickname temples. We want to build the Temple on the Temple Mount. This is a cabinet member, the minister of housing, building, and infrastructure. In all the conversations that we have had about this over the years and you have asked me, is the Israeli government ready to build the Temple, is there an Israeli government that would be in favor of building the Temple on the Temple Mount, and I have always told you unfortunately no. Now, you ask me this question and I have to say maybe.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

Jewish activists preparing to rebuild a Temple in Jerusalem is actually setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Though the Israeli government is not ready to build a Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, there are those that have made preparations to rebuild the Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount. God's Word does say that this will happen, Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, II Thessalonians 2:4, and Rev 11:1-2.

The accusations by the Palestinian leader that the Israeli government is preparing to build a Temple on the Temple Mount are actually false. However, there are Jews that are preparing to build that Temple and all the preparations are finished indicating that Bible prophecy will indeed be fulfilled.

The Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas says the man responsible for killing more Jews than any other Arab in recent history is his hero

Listen to Today's Program Play

The leader of the PA, a leader among the Palestinian people today, Mahmoud Abbas says that the murderer of the Jewish people, the infamous Haj Amman El Husein who was the collaborator with Hitler and the Nazis, the Mufti of Jerusalem back in the 1940s, is his hero.

Haj Amman El Husein met with Hitler and agreed that Hitler would murder the Jews in Europe and the mufti would organize the mass murder of Jews in the Middle East.

Haj Amman El Husein who had the title of the Mufti of Jerusalem was the uncle of Yasser Arafat who kept alive his uncle's desire to kill all the Jews in the Middle East, a legacy that has now been passed down to the leaders of the Palestinian people of today.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The Palestinian leadership today looks back to the Mufti of Jerusalem, a mass murderer of Jews, as the Palestinian leader to emulate today which is actually a page out of Bible prophecy.

In the 1930's and the 1940's an Arab leader rose to power and was responsible for the murder of thousands of Jews living in the land of Israel and in fact throughout the entire Middle East. That man, the Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amman El Husein was the strongest Arab leader in those days and he joined with Adolf Hitler and the Nazis to plan the final solution for the Jews in Europe and the Middle East. Haj Amman El Husein was the uncle of Yasser Arafat and was responsible for training his nephew to hate the Jews and then to kill as many of the Jews as he could. Now, the second man for Arafat for those many years is Mahmoud Abbas, he is the leader of the Palestinian government and he says the Mufti of Jerusalem his hero, a man that every Palestinian should emulate.

The ancient Jewish prophets prewrote history on this subject and this threat to the Jewish people. Ezekiel 35:5 reveals that the Palestinians will rise up and kill the Jews today. These murderous efforts to eliminate the Jews from the Middle East is foretold in Zechariah 13:8 where it says that two out of every three Jews will be killed during the time of Jacob's Trouble, Jeremiah 37 and that happens during the terrible time of the Tribulation Period.

Only the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ will stop the Palestinians from killing all of the Jews in the Middle East, Obadiah 18.

Jewish men are being fitted for priestly garments to serve in a soon coming Jewish Temple

Listen to Today's Program Play

The Temple Institute (www.templeinstitute.org) started preparing to build a third Temple on Jerusalem's Mount Moriah, the site of the Dome of the Rock, by inaugurating a workshop that manufactures priestly garments to be worn by the Jewish priests who will serve in a third Jewish Temple to be built in Jerusalem.

Rabbi Yehuda Glick, Director of the Temple Institute, said when the Temple is rebuilt, Kohanim, members of the priestly family, must wear the proper outfit to perform the obligations at the Temple. Priestly garments have not been worn since the destruction of the second Temple by the Romans in 70 AD and cannot be functional until a third Temple is constructed.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

Preparing priestly garments for Jewish men to wear as they serve in a third Jewish Temple in Jerusalem is evidence as to how close we are to the Return of Jesus Christ.

As the Temple Institute in Jerusalem prepares the priestly garments for those who claim to be members of the priestly family, the final steps for restoring Temple worship in a third Temple are being taken. Years of diligent research has been done to create the garments in accordance with Jewish law. Politically, those preparing to build the third Temple have a nightmarish situation with the Dome of the Rock on Al Aqsa Mosque, Islam's third holiest site, sitting on the spot where the next Jewish Temple is to be rebuilt

Even though the building site for the next Jewish Temple is a major hurdle, those preparing for the rebuilding of the third Temple say God will take care of that problem and these same Jews say they have everything else ready to operate the next Jewish Temple. This next Jewish Temple to stand on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is not the one Jesus Christ will build, Zechariah 6:12, but will be the Temple of the seven year Tribulation Period spoken of in Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, Revelation 11:1 and II Thessalonians 2:4.

As evidenced by this report all preparations have been made for the next Temple in Jerusalem.

An intelligence report reveals Moslem Antisemitism is a strategic threat to Israel

Listen to Today's Program Play

According to a recent intelligence report, Moslem Antisemitism is growing in scope and extremism to the point that it has become a credible, strategic threat to Israel and Israeli policy makers are concerned with the potential danger this may pose to the Jewish state.

The report indicates that by educating generations of Moslems with a deep animus toward Israel and Jews, this Antisemitism actively propagated by many Arab and Islamic states in the Middle East holds back the peace process and normalization efforts between Israel and Moslem countries. The report says this is prejudice that is evil, it is ideological incitement by states and organizations with the practical means of translating it into evil action.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

A growing Antisemitism among the Moslem states in the Middle East is not only a strategic threat to Israel, but a page out of Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

The recent intelligence assessment that was released by the Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center reported that Moslem Antisemitism is growing in scope and extremism and Israeli officials are on alert due to the strategic threat this phenomenon poses to the Jewish state. The basis for this growing Antisemitism among Moslems, according to the report, is coming from strictly Islamic reasoning. It's an Anti-Jewish hatred developed through new interpretation of Islamic history and the Scriptures.

Indeed, a study of Biblical history of two men, Isaac and Ishmael, will give us better understanding of this strategic threat. Isaac had a son named Jacob who had twelve sons, the twelve Tribes of Israel, which are the Jewish people of today. Ishmael also had twelve sons, but did not father the Arab world, instead Ishmael went to Arabia and fathered one nation, Genesis 17:20. He fathered the modern-day state of Arabia which is the birthplace for the Islamic faith.

A hatred that goes back 4,000 years is the reason for Islamic Antisemitism, which Bible prophecy said would indeed come to pass.

According to two internationally known astronomers our years on earth are numbered until this earth is totally destroyed

Listen to Today's Program Play

According to a forecast with new calculations by a pair of world renown astronomers; one from Mexico and the other from England, man has only so many years on this earth before it is dragged from it's orbit to a rapid vaporous death.

This report is the latest installment in a long running debate about the ultimate fate of the earth and the universe surrounding the earth.

This report coming with word that the sun is getting hotter and hotter and it will continue to do so until it transforms itself into a red giant.

These two astronomers, Dr Peter Schroeder and Dr Robert Smith say that if nature is left to its own devices, the earth will be destroyed in about 7 1/2 billion years; that's right "b", 7 1/2 billion years from now.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

Two astronomers who are predicting the demise of the earth and the sun, are pretty much on target but their timing is a bit off, that is according to Bible prophecy.

This report about the demise of the earth indicates that the sun is and will continue to get hotter and hotter until it drags the earth to a rapid, vaporous death.

This is not the first such report from the field of science, it is an ongoing debate among scientists as to how and when the earth and much of our galaxy will be destroyed.

This report on the ultimate fate of the earth that we are living on today pretty much is on target but as I said, the timing is a bit off, by billions of years.

Bible prophecy says that the earth will be burned up, II Peter 3:10. Revelation 8 & 16 speak of the earth's destruction as the sun gets hotter and hotter.

The Apostle John wrote in Revelation 21:1-2 that there will be a new earth and new heavens in the future. This scenario is also foretold by the ancient Jewish prophet, Isaiah, found in Isaiah 65:17 and 66:22.

These prophecies will indeed be fulfilled; however, not in 7 1/2 billion years, but surely in the near future.

An Islamic leader in Israel denies the Jewish temples ever existed in Jerusalem

Listen to Today's Program Play

The al Aqsa Mosque, known as the Temple Mount to the Jewish people, was never the site of a Jewish Temple according to the head of the Islamic movement, Sheikh Raad Salah who said that the claims of the Jews are a big lie and they have no right to even one speck of dirt on the location.

The sheikh said he believes that Moslems are at a critical time in history, that alAqsa is in danger and Jerusalem is in danger and the Moslem world must save al Aqsa, free Jerusalem and end the Israeli occupation. Sheikh Salah believes that Jerusalem is not only houses, it is faith, it is history, it is a present, a future, an eternal right that the Moslems will not relinquish.

Jimmy DeYoung's Prophetic Prospective on the News
An Islamic leader that says there was never a Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and then says that piece of real estate actually belongs to the Moslems is playing a role that was foretold in Bible prophecy.

It sounds like an echo chamber here in Jerusalem as one Islamic leader after another makes the statement that there was never a Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount, a fact disputed by both Biblical and secular history. Islamic leaders claim that there is no archaeological evidence of a previous Jewish presence on the Temple Mount. With total disregard for Biblical history, these Islamic leaders make claims that can be easily disproved.

The Bible reveals that King Solomon built the first Jewish Temple on Mount Moriah, the Temple Mount, almost 3,000 years ago, II Chronicles 3:1. There is the Biblical account of the building and the dedicatory service of the second Jewish Temple built in Jerusalem around 2,500 years ago, Ezra 6. Jesus told the ancient prophet Zechariah that He would return to Jerusalem to build His Temple on the Temple Mount, Zechariah 1:16 and Zechariah 6:12. However before that, conflict and controversy would surround the Temple Mount, Zechariah 12:2.

An Islamic leader claiming that there has never been a Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount is indeed evidence that Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Automated killer robots could unleash a robot arms race that will be a threat to humanity

Listen to Today's Program Play

According to university professor Noel Sharke, the keynote speaker at Great Britain's Royal United Services Institute, the autonomous gun-toting robots developed for warfare could easily fall into the hands of the terrorists, and could unleash a robot arms race that will pose a threat to humanity.

Intelligent machines deployed on battle fields around the world, from mobile grenade launchers to rocket firing drones, can already identify and lock onto targets without human help. There are thousands of military robots on the ground in Iraq as well as unmanned aircraft and military leaders are calling for autonomous robots as soon as possible.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

An autonomous gun-toting robot in the hands of a terrorist in our world today could well be one aspect of the End Times scenario that is found in Bible prophecy.

The warning from a top expert on Artificial Intelligence that an autonomous gun toting robot in the hands of a terrorist could bring about a robot arms race that will be a threat to humanity, has not deterred military leaders around the world to back away from their need of for these robots that would allow for a risk free war. Several countries led by the US, have already invested heavily in robots warriors developed for use on the battlefield. South Korea and Israel both deploy armed robot border guards while China, India, Russia, and Great Britain have all increased the use of military robots. These autonomous, gun-toting robots may well be the robots warriors that will fulfill many aspects of Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

Jesus Christ in His Olivet Discourse said that one indication of His soon return would be war and rumors of war, Matthew 24:6. John the Apostle and author of the book of Revelation said that the second judgment to be released on humankind during the Tribulation Period would be war and death, Revelation 6:3-4. John also wrote that one-fourth of the Earth's population will be killed, many of them by wars in the future, Revelation 6:7-8.

Autonomous, gun-toting robots may well set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Less than ten percent of all born again Christians have a Biblical world view

Listen to Today's Program Play

George Barna, a pollster with an independent marketing research company, found in a recent survey that only 4% of the overall population of America and 9% of born-again Christians have a biblical world view, suggesting that many of the nation's moral and spiritual challenges are directly attributable to this fact.

For the purposes of the research, a biblical world view was defined as believing that absolute moral truth exists, that such truth is defined by the Bible, and that the Bible is accurate in all of its teachings.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

A biblical world view based upon understanding Bible prophecy is essential for an understanding of the times we live in today.

Let's look at the provision in scripture for a biblical world view. All scripture is God breathed. That means it's inspired and is profitable for doctrine, for correction, and instruction in righteousness, that's II Timothy 3:16. God gave the scriptures to the Jew to preserve and communicate to mankind, Romans 3:1-2. And thus, we have His written Word for us today. Our blessings and understanding comes from God's provision of His heart, His mind, His thoughts in written form, the Bible.

Now, let's look at the priority for studying a biblical world view. The Apostle Paul wrote that we must study the Word of God, a workman that need not be ashamed, relying on God's Word for all of life's questions. We must rightly divide the Word of truth, the Bible, to ascertain its true meaning. These two principles, study and rightly dividing the Word of God, are instruction for the End Times and they come from Paul's exhortation to young Timothy found in II Timothy 2:15.

Finally, let's look at the prophetic scenario of a biblical world view. A study of Bible prophecy reveals the scenario for the Last Days with a seven year period of judgment in our world followed by the return of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, to establish His Kingdom here on earth. However, preceding that seven years of judgment, those who are true born again Christians will be taken out of this world to be with Jesus Christ, that's the Rapture.

Allowing the Bible to form our world view prepares us for these future events and gives us evidence as to how close they may be.
