Syria is building death trap villages along the Israeli-Syrian border in preparation for war

A high ranking officer in Israel's Northern command says that villages recently built by Syria along the Israeli-Syrian border are planning to be used as death traps for Israeli Defense Force (IDF) troops in a Hezbollah inspired attack on Israel.

IDF intelligence says the idea is to draw Israel into a war like the warfare the IDF encounters in combat against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip as well as against Hezbollah in Lebanon, a guerrilla type warfare. Syria, since the Hezbollah-Israeli war ended, has transferred truckloads of weapons and missiles to Hezbollah allowing Hezbollah to be at full strength where is was before the war with Israel and now the Syrian military is preparing to replicate the Hezbollah war plan.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

As the Syrian military builds death traps along the Israeli- Syrian border and prepares their troops in guerrilla warfare, the Middle East moves closer to a scenario found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

After Hezbollah claimed victory over the mighty Israeli military this last summer, Syrian President Bashar Assad agreed with Sheikh Mashallah, a leader of Hezbollah, that the Israeli military had suffered a defeat in Southern Lebanon. Syria seemed to have learned some lessons from the Hezbollah victory: first, that 4,000 rockets can paralyze Israel's home front, secondly, that antitank missiles can penetrate Israeli tanks, and thirdly, that Israel's mighty air force is limited against villages and cities and the IDF ground troops can be defeated. These lessons learned by Syria have encouraged them to prepare for a guerrilla type warfare as they approach an anticipated Syrian attack on Israel.

This scenario is a close fit to the prophetic scenario found in Bible prophecy for Syria and Israel in the Last Days. Daniel received a prophecy 2,500 years ago that is actually a prewritten history of the days that we're living in now. Daniel 11:40-43 reveals that the king of the North, a biblical term for modern-day Syria, would be the first nation to move against the Jewish state of Israel.

Syria's building of death traps along the Israeli-Syrian border and training their military for guerrilla warfare is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
