Jewish settlers resume construction in Judea and Samaria even under pressure not to do so from world leaders

The end of the ten month moratorium on building in the city of Jerusalem and any of the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, a location often referred to as the West Bank, and the resumption of construction by the Jewish settlers is in contradiction to the demands by the United States and the European Union not to do so. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas has repeatedly said that building in the Jewish settlements would be a deal breaker in the peace talks between the Israelis and the Palestinians in an effort to bring resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The Jewish settlers say they want an end to the conflict but they also have a God given right to not only live in this ancient Jewish homeland but to build their homes there so that they can raise their families and continue their lives in the land of their forefathers.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

Resumption of construction in the Jewish settlements of Judea and Samaria may not be good for the peace process but it is in line with God's plan for the Jewish people in the last days, that is according to Bible prophecy.

After ten months of no building in the Biblical areas of Judea and Samaria construction has resumed under pressure from the United States, the United Nations, and the European Union not to do so. World leaders say that the Jewish settlements are an obstacle to the peace process that is trying to bring resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Yesha, the council of Jewish settlement leaders say the exact opposite is the case. Jews living in their ancient homeland is a deterrent to war in the region.

This argument between the Israelis and the Palestinians will continue until Jesus Christ comes back to the earth according to the little prophetic book of Obadiah (Obadiah 15 - 18). The land in question is actually God's land according to Leviticus 25:23 and he promised it to the Jewish people in the last days (Ezekiel 34 and 36). In fact, the Lord said that He gave the land to the Jewish people not because of the fact that they were Jewish but for His holy name sake (Ezekiel 36:22).

Peace talks or not, resumption of construction in Judea and Samaria or not, God's plan and His promises will come about. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.
