President Trump believes that his designation of Jerusalem as the political capital of Israel is a key component in his plan for the peace process

Listen to Today's Program Play

JD: The Trump peace team the ones trying to negotiate and to bring a resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict they’re saying that hey I think we can ride this out the Arab anger and come out on the other side and continue on with the peace process. What are your thoughts on that?

KT: So this is the Presidents son-in-law Jared Kushner the special representative for international negotiation Jason Greenblatt and they’ve been working with the President from day one. Certainly the President has tremendous amount of trust in his son-in-law Jared Kushner. The President needs to have somebody that he implicitly and thoroughly trust as an advisor. He can’t do that with the political hires to his administration.

If you notice even on this decision to move the embassy to Jerusalem he over ruled objections from his Secretary of State and his Secretary of Defense and I’m sure also from H.R. McMaster his National Security Advisor. And this was all leaked to the public probably again by McMaster.

They believe that this predictable anger in the Arab and Muslim world, the predictable anger from Iran will die away when they realize the leaders in those countries with the exception of Iran will have to realize that their street has calmed down, they’ve paid lip service to the street, they have paid lip service to this popular anger now its time to get back to business. And business means dealing with the United States and seeing what the US is actually going to put on the table in terms of a real honest peace negotiation. Something that by the way, we haven’t had ever between Israel and the Palestinians because the Palestinians refuse to negotiate anything.

JD: Ken Timmerman with a plan for peace that President Trump believes will come together especially with the Jerusalem component.

We report this information because it is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

A major trend in Bible prophecy is the anticipation for peace especially between the Israeli’s and the Palestinians. At this time the prospects are very dim. However, President Trump believes that confirming reality is what must come first. I’m speaking of course about the fact that Jerusalem is a major factor in the process and with the President naming it the political capital of the Jewish people the Moslem world must except that the Jews must have Jerusalem as their capital. By the way, that is Biblical as well, Zechariah 1:16 then 6:12 & 13, and II Samuel 7:10.
