The dramatic Valley of Peace Red Dead Seas Canal Project was unveiled at the 60th Anniversary of Israel's independence by Israeli President Shimon Peres who said that a group of Israeli and foreign businessmen and banks are ready to build a 3 billion dollar canal between the Red and Dead Seas.
The Red-Dead Project will produce hydro-electric power, clean water, jobs and potentially unprecedented regional cooperation between the Israelis, Palestinians, Jordanians and Saudis and the project has already been funded without state funds. The completion of the Red-Dead Peace Canal would quadruple tourism, produce desalinated water to make the Jordan Valley into a Garden of Eden atmosphere and bring one million jobs to the area as they would also be looking for an end to the cycle of violence and death in the area.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The dramatic support for the Red-Dead Peace Canal Project from Middle East leaders and wealthy businessmen is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
During the Israeli presidential conference Facing Tomorrow, hosted by Israeli President Shimon Peres, a very wealthy Israeli businessman revealed that there was regional support for the 3 billion dollar Red-Dead Peace Canal Project. The Middle East political leaders hope the Red-Dead Peace Canal will also bring about a stability to the region and peace between the Israelis and their neighbors. There are a number of prophetic passages that come to mind as I report this news to you.
Ezekiel 47 says the Dead Sea area will become a freshwater lake and the area will look like the Garden of Eden with the beauty of the well-watered desert area. In fact, Isaiah 51:3, Ezekiel 36:35 and Joel 2:3 all reveal that the Lord will return the entire area to the Garden of Eden. There are additional side projects to the Red-Dead plan that may well provide gold and silver once it is revitalized, Ezekiel 38:13.
The dramatic support from Middle East leaders for the Red-Dead Peace Canal is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
