A group of prominent rabbis called upon President Bush not to support the withdrawal from Judea and Samaria

A group of prominent rabbis say the United States' interests are being impacted by Israel's proposed retreat from terrorist strongholds in Judea and Samaria; and they call on the US president to deny support of Prime Minister Olmert's realignment plan that would withdraw from 90% of the biblical lands of Judea and Samaria.

In the letter sent to the president, the rabbis said that Israel's 2005 retreat from the Gaza Strip has been perceived as a cave in by the role model of counter terrorism and it paved the road to Hamas electoral victory and the escalation of violence today.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

Prominent rabbis calling on the US to not support a withdrawal from Judea and Samaria is in accordance with Jewish law and God's plan for these Jewish lands in the Last Days, that is according to Bible prophecy. The land in question, Judea and Samaria which is a piece of real estate often referred to as the West Bank, is indeed disputed territory but the Jews living there today believe it is rightfully theirs because God has given it to them.

The answer to who the land belongs to can only be found in the Bible. There it says in the book of Leviticus 25:23 that the land is God's land and He has the right to do with it whatever He pleases.

The ancient Jewish prophet Ezekiel recorded the word from the Lord in Ezekiel 34:11-31, and there it reads that God said He would bring the Jewish people from all over the world wherever they had been scattered to this land and give it to them forever. Ezekiel 36 refers to the land some 35 times and the Lord told Ezekiel to write to the Jewish people that it would be theirs and this would be done for His holy namesake, that's Ezekiel 36:22. In the End, God will give the Jewish people this land forever.

President Bush should pay attention to what God's plans are for the future.
