A cartoon fair in Teheran was initiated by Iran as a test of Western tolerance. There, an exhibit of cartoons depicts the Holocaust, the slaughter of 6 million Jews, as a myth. Holocaust denial has been a theme of many of Iranian President Ahmadinejad's recent speeches.
Chairman of the Yad Vashem Council Tommy Lapid says that this exhibit is not only horrific propaganda that supports Holocaust denial, but it also paves the road to justify the genocide of the Jews in Israel.
Lapid, whose council is connected to the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem, said that the alarming silence of the world indicates that the West has not yet understood this to be an attack on Western values and civilization, and that silence in the face of evil statements begets evil actions.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
World silence in the face of calls by Iranian President Ahmadinejad for Israel to be removed from the earth is a precursor for a scenario found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
Over the past year, Ahmadinejad has said that the Holocaust was a myth, and that Israel and the Jewish people must be removed from the Earth. Now, with the cartoon exhibit in Teheran, the Iranian government has to some extent has paved the road for the enemies of the Jewish people and the state of Israel to justify genocide of the Jews.
These cartoons and the silence of the world on this issues lead right into for a prophetic scenario for the End Times that can be found in God's Word. During the time of judgement for the Jews in the future, 2 out of every 3 Jewish people on earth will be killed, Zechariah 13:8. Satanic forces will move to kill every Jew on earth during that same time, according to Revelation 12:13 and 17. Daniel 12:1 states that It will be so bad during this time that God will send His archangel Michael to protect the Jews from complete annihilation.
The Holocaust cartoons at the cartoon fair in Teheran are indeed paving the way for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
