The Sanhedrin issues an edict against the Gay Pride Parade scheduled for Jerusalem

A panel of very prestigious rabbis in Israel who have reformed the Sanhedrin - a supreme religious judicial body - has issued an edict against the planned Gay Pride Parade scheduled to have taken place in Jerusalem an event that has already caused widespread protest by the religious Jewish community and even some Islamic clerics have voiced opposition to the parade.

The edict, signed by three members of the Sanhedrin, said that those who revere the Word of the Lord will not allow for this event to happen and if they do, their transgression is great and will be judged by the heavenly throne.

Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News

The fact that the newly reformed supreme religious judicial body known as the Sanhedrin issued an edict against the proposed Gay Pride Parade is evidence that the End Times are closer than ever before, that is according to Bible prophecy.

For some time, religious Jews in Israel have been protesting the proposed Gay Pride Parade with widespread demonstrations in an effort to keep the parade from proceeding in Jerusalem. Calling such an event in the holy city of Jerusalem an abomination, the leaders of the religious Jewish community promised a major counter demonstration accompanied by violence if the parade was allowed to take place. The language of the Sanhedrin's ruling sounds remarkably similar to those rulings of 2,000 years ago when the Sanhedrin was the highest court in the Jewish world. In the fall of 2004, the Sanhedrin reformed after 1,400 years and now reside in Jerusalem where they believe they will play a major role in the rebuilding of the Jewish Temple and the election of the high priest to serve in that coming Temple.

Bible prophecy agrees that in the Last Days there will once again be on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem a Jewish Temple, that's found in Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, II Thessalonians 2:4, and Revelation 11:1-2.

This edict issued by the Sanhedrin is indeed evidence that Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.
