According to officials in Jerusalem the Islamic terrorist organization Hamas has invested millions of dollars in Jerusalem charities as well as construction on the Temple Mount in an effort to recruit Israeli Arabs into its ranks and to increase its presence in Jerusalem and on the Temple Mount.
The attempt by Hamas to take control of the Temple Mount as well as spread its ideology, has been stopped by the Israeli Security Agency who said the Hamas takeover was a strategic move to bolster its standing among Palestinians and throughout the Muslim world.

The effort by Hamas, the Islamic fundamentalist terrorist organization, to take control of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is a page right out of Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
Over the last several years, Muslims have destroyed the Southeastern portion of the Temple Mount by construction of a large mosque just underneath the ground level of the Temple Mount. Over 1,000 dump truck loads of artifacts and archaeological remains have been removed from the Temple Mount and thrown into the Jerusalem city dump. The Mufti of Jerusalem told me personally that there is no proof of any Jew ever having been on the Temple Mount and that the gold roofed Dome of the Rock dates back to the time of Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden.
The claim by the Muslims that Jews have never been on the Temple Mount and the attempt by Hamas to take control of the Temple Mount is directly from the pages of Bible prophecy for the Last Days. The ancient Jewish prophet Zechariah wrote 2,500 years ago that in the Last Days Jerusalem would be center of controversy, a place that would make those who control the Temple Mount intoxicated with power, Zechariah 12:2. Isaiah, Ezekiel, and the prophet Joel pointed out that the Temple Mount is the original location of the Garden of Eden which is exactly what the Mufti of Jerusalem said and that Muslims will endeavor to take control of this most sacred piece of real estate in all of Creation.
The Hamas effort to take control of the Temple mount is indeed a page out of Bible prophecy that will be fulfilled.
