JD: Tayyip Erdogan really has Chutzpah that’s a Jewish term that everybody probably knows. But Erdogan is saying now, “Hey the Israeli government has weapons of mass destruction, nuclear weapons of mass destruction why can’t we have them?” Boy if he had those he would really be dangerous wouldn’t he?
KT: He certainly would. These comments something he made this past week when he was meeting with his party members in the eastern part of Turkey. You hear leaders make comments that you say ok this is a bit over the top. But to talk about nuclear weapons in this particular way saying well the Israeli’s have them why can’t we have them as well? That is disturbing because you know Turkey is building this relationship with the Iranians. They are trying to become closer allies with Iran. They’re working together in Syria and they certainly have worked together for years against the Kurds. Could this lead to some kind of nuclear cooperation between Turkey and Iran? That would be extraordinary dangerous.
JD: How solid? How sincere is that Turkish-Iranian friendship?
KT: Well I think they are getting closer. It’s an on again off again friendship. It’s an alliance in many ways. But again when it comes to killing Jews and killing Americans they get along very very well. What we’ll have to see is whether that extends also to nuclear weapons. Nuclear weapons are a weapon of national sovereignty. There’s been very little sharing of nuclear weapons that I’m aware of by sovereign nations.
JD: Ken Timmerman with the details on Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan’s statement that his nation, Turkey wants nuclear weapons of mass destruction because Israel has them.
We report this information because it is setting the stage
for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
Turkish President Erdogan is continually in the news with
reports on who Erdogan is partnering with, the military ties being made with
Turkey and other nations, the Turkish desire to wipe out the Kurds where ever
they may be, and all of these Turkish moves fitting into the prophetic scenario
that is found in the Bible. The name Turkey is not found in Bible prophecy.
However, it is referred to in the book of Ezekiel 38:2 & 6. Meshek and Tubal
in verse 2 and Gomer and Togarmah in verse 6 are modern day Turkey. This real
estate was actually Asia Minor during New Testament times and now known as
Turkey. We must recognize Turkey’s role in end times prophecy, prophecy that
will be fulfilled.
