Two members of the Israeli Knesset, the national legislature of Israel, are calling for a proposed law that would ban homosexuals from marriage and stop gay parades and rallies and the two members of Knesset believe that gays should be put in rehabilitation centers.
Member of Knesset, Nissim Zeev, went as far as comparing the gay movement to a plague that may destroy the Jewish state of Israel adding that this plague should be dealt with just as the Health Ministry of Israel is dealing with the bird flu.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The proposed legislation in the Israeli Knesset to ban gay movement public demonstrations and gay marriage is a precursor to what Jesus Christ said would happen in the Last Days.
Members of the Israeli Knesset have proposed legislation to stop public demonstrations by the gay community in Israel fearing that the gay movement is a plague that could destroy the Jewish state of Israel. When the leaders of the Knesset, Nissim Zeev, said that gays should be placed in rehabilitation centers and the plague should be treated as Israel treats bird flu, the leaders of the gay community became enraged. One gay movement spokesman said that if the proposed legislation was passed to prevent public demonstrations by the gays, it would turn Jerusalem into another Tehran, Iran.
As this debate continues in the Israeli Knesset, students of Bible prophecy must recall the words of Jesus on this subject as recorded by Dr. Luke. Jesus, during a message that spoke of the events leading up to His Second Coming to Earth, recorded in Luke 17, said that as it was in the Days of Noah and as it was in the days of Lot, so it would be in the days He would come again to Earth, Luke 17:26, 28. In the Days of Noah there was sexual perversion and in the days of Lot, the Lord destroyed an entire society in Sodom and Gomorrah for the sin of sodomy, homosexuality, Genesis 6, 19.
The Israeli member of Knesset who says that the gay movement could well destroy the Jewish state of Israel is in line with the prophetic pronouncements made by Jesus Christ.

The world must accept Israel's imminent collapse
Speaking to a large crowd in Iran's Southern port city of Bushehr, the site of Iran's nuclear facility, Iranian President Ahmadinejad called on the world to acknowledge Israel's imminent collapse. The Iranian president told world leaders to stop supporting the Zionists, that their regime had reached its final stages and that the Palestinians and regional nations will confront and eventually bring to an end to the Israeli atrocities.
Iran does not acknowledge Israel and Ahmadinejad has called the Holocaust of Jews in WWII a myth and has called for Israel to be wiped off the map and their name to be forgotten forever.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The scenario that Iranian President Ahmadinejad describes as the imminent collapse of Israel with the Middle East nations destroying the Jewish state does fit Bible prophecy; however, it has a different conclusion.
Standing near the nuclear facility located in Iran's port city of Bushehr, Iranian President Ahmadinejad has warned the world of the imminent collapse of the Jewish state of Israel. This warning is a continuation of his radical rhetoric focused on Israel and the claims that Israel is an illegitimate state and will soon be wiped off the map.
Ahmadinejad's statement that the Palestinians and other Middle East nations will eventually attack to help speed Israel's collapse is a page out of Bible prophecy. Daniel 11, Ezekiel 38 and Psalm 83 all lay out the scenario that brings these Middle Eastern nations, including Iran, to attack the Jewish state. Psalm 83:4 reveals that the plan for these attacks is to wipe the nation of Israel off the map and that the name Israel be forgotten forever. Daniel 12:1 and Ezekiel 39:2 says that God will intercede and all of the attacking nations will be destroyed.
Ahmadinejad's claim of the imminent collapse of Israel does indeed set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

The UNHRC has endorsed the Arab charter that calls for the state of Israel to be eliminated
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Louise Arbor, has endorsed the Arab Charter of Human Rights which contains several provisions that promote classically anti-Semitic themes according to UN Watch who said that the charter classifies Zionism as 'racist' and calls for the elimination of Zionism, which is the basis for the state of Israel.
The Arab Charter on Human Rights is intended to serve as a basis for the principles of freedom by which Arab nations must abide.
Zionism is the movement for Jewish self-determination and asserts the inerrant and internationally acknowledged right for Israel to exist according to UN Watch and a call for the elimination of Zionism and the state of Israel is blatantly anti-Semitic.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Calls for the elimination of Zionism and the state of Israel by the UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Commission) is a step closer to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy for the End Times.
The Arab charter, which equates Zionism with racism and calls for the state of Israel to be eliminated, is on the agenda in the UN and has been endorsed by the High Commissioner on Human Rights. This Arab charter is blatantly anti-Semitic according to UN Watch and the Jewish people as well who are concerned. They want to see this charter changed to deal with this type of language.
The Arab charter, if ratified, will set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. Zechariah wrote that during a period of judgment yet to come on this Earth, two out of every three Jews will be killed, Zechariah 13:8. Revelation 12:13-17 reveals a time when there will be an effort to wipe out all Jews. Daniel wrote that the Lord Himself will dispatch the Archangel Michael to protect the Jews from total elimination in the Last Days, Daniel 12:1.

Jerusalem belongs to the Jews according to international law
A non-Jewish Canadian lawyer who spent 20 years researching the legal status of Jerusalem has concluded that Jerusalem does belong tot he Jews according to international law. Treaties and resolutions of international agencies dating back over the past 90 years.
Dr Jacques Gauthier says that his main point is that a non-broken series of treaties and resolutions as laid out by the San Remo Resolution, the League of Nations and the United Nations gives the Jewish people title to the city of Jerusalem.
A referendum called for by the United Nations has never been held, and Gauthier is demanding that the long delayed referendum be held before Jerusalem is placed on the table in the peace negotiations between the Israeli's and the Palestinians.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Twenty years of research indicates that international law is in lock-step with Bible prophecy as it relates to the status of the city of Jerusalem.
For twenty years Dr Jacques Gauthier has researched the political status of the city of Jerusalem and his research concludes that international law declares that Jerusalem belongs to the Jewish people.
United Nations resolutions vouch for Gauthier's conclusions and Gauthier is pushing Israel to quickly hold the United Nations "called for "referendum on Jerusalem to validate this body of international law.
Israeli Prime Minister Olmert has inferred that the status of Jerusalem will be included in the peace talks and Palestinian President Abbas has confirmed Palestinian interest in having a portion of Jerusalem for the capital of it's state of Palestine.
The controversy surrounding the status of Jerusalem plays right into the last days scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy.
Zechariah wrote that, in fact, Jerusalem would be the center of controversy as the world approaches the soon return of Jesus Christ back to the earth, Zechariah 12:2. Ezekiel 37:26 & 28 revealed that Jesus will rule and reign from a Temple in Jerusalem, forever.
There are many other prophetic scriptures that tell us Jerusalem, as stated in international law, does indeed belong to the Jewish people. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The world watches as a crisis unfolds in Gaza at the Israeli-Egyptian border
Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians have crossed over into Egypt at the Rafah Crossing in the Gaza Strip at the Israeli-Egyptian border and it looks like both Egypt and Israel are at a loss as how to return stability to the border.
For a number of months now, Hamas has been destroying the infrastructure of the border fence and the Palestinians have breached the border with up to one half million Palestinians crossing into Egypt overrunning the Egyptian army at the border. Israeli officials fear that Palestinian terrorists will use the Sinai as a staging area for additional rocket attacks on Israel all along the Israeli-Egyptian border focused on the Negev and the Southern most Israeli city of Eilat on the Red Sea coast.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The crisis at the Israeli-Egyptian border with hundreds and thousands of Palestinians breaching the border is in lockstep with Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
Tensions have been building in the Gaza Strip basically because of the IDF's actions against the Hamas terrorists who keep firing rockets into Israel and help to incite the Palestinians to breach the border and rush into Egypt with the borders open for terrorists who have free access into Gaza with no security to stop the inflow of all types of weapons and rockets to use against Israel. In fact, Hamas says they will march half a million Palestinians against the Northern border of the Gaza Strip to enter Israel proper if pushed by the IDF.
This looming crisis in the Gaza Strip is part of a scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days. The ancient Jewish prophet Malachi wrote over 2,000 years ago that the Edomites, Palestinians of today, would return to rebuild and the Lord said He would call their borders the borders of wickedness, Malachi 1:4. Ezekiel wrote that the Palestinians would kill the Jews and try to take their land, Ezekiel 35. Obadiah said that the pride of the Palestinians would bring them down and that when Jesus Christ returns to the Earth, they would be completely destroyed.
The crisis in the Gaza Strip at the Israeli-Egyptian border is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Thousands of Islamists have called for a Caliphate, a world-wide Islamic kingdom
Some eighty thousand Islamist recently came together from around the world, meeting in Jakarta, Indonesia to press for the re-establishment of a caliphate. a world-wide kingdom across the Moslem world.
The event was organized by the liberation party which was founded in Jerusalem in the 1950's by a Palestinian religious scholar and experts believe the group ideologically is in concert with the Jihadist, Islamic holy war groups, and they are using peaceful means that are purely tactical.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The call by thousands of Islamists for a world-wide Islamic kingdom today is a precursor for confrontation with the Messiah, Jesus Christ, in a soon-coming tomorrow, that is according to Bible prophecy.
In the last two years Iranian President Ahmadinejad has repeatedly said that we are now living in the apocalyptic age, a time near to the coming of the Islamic Mahdi, the Islamic Messiah.
Now, the Moslem in the street is joining with this Islamic leader to call for revival of the caliphate, a world-wide Islamic kingdom that would be under Sharia Law, the Islamic Law and answer to Allah, the Islamic deity.
In a recent conference held in Jakarta, Indonesia, the largest Moslem gathering in the world of this type, some eighty thousand Moslems and their leaders, called for the caliphate to be re-established.
This scenario that I have just described will bring about a universal confrontation in the future as we draw close to the time when Jesus Christ will come to earth to establish His kingdom, a physical kingdom in our world that will be headquartered in the Middle East from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
The ancient Jewish prophets, especially Daniel and Ezekiel, speak about the Lord's kingdom that will be established and will be in existence forever, that's Daniel 7:13-14. Ezekiel wrote of the temple that will be located in Jerusalem that Jesus will build and as Messiah it will be His seat of authority and He will establish His earthly kingdom, His universal kingdom, from that spot, that's Ezekiel 40-46 with special attention on Ezekiel 43:1-7.

The Temple treasures looted by the Romans in 70 AD are now back in the Holy Land
According to a British archaeologist, Sean Kingsley a specialist on the Holy Land, the collection of sacred artifacts looted by the Romans from the Temple in Jerusalem and long suspected of being hidden in the vaults of the Vatican are actually in the Holy Land.
Kingsley claims to have discovered what became of the collection which is widely regarded as the greatest of biblical treasures and includes the implements used in Herod's Temple at the time of Jesus Christ. Kingsley believes that the Temple treasures remain a deadly political tool in the volatile Arab-Israeli conflict and that these treasures are in a hiding place deep in Hamas territory in Judea and Samaria.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The claim by British archaeologist Sean Kingsley that the Temple treasures are hidden deep in Hamas territory in Israel is very interesting in light of biblical prophecy.
Dr. Sean Kingsley's claim that the treasures from Herod's Temple from the time of Jesus Christ are today somewhere hidden deep in Hamas territory, if true could well rock the world's religions. Kingsley believes the treasure resonates fiercely across modern politics and remains a deadly tool in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict centered on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Tradition says that General Titus, leader of the Roman army who looted the Temple treasures in 70 AD took all the Temple implements to Rome and that these sacred items remain there 'til today. Kingsley claims that these Temple treasures traveled first to Carthage, then to Constantinople, before being returned to the Holy Land and are now hidden deep in Hamas territory.
Kingsley may or may not be right, but what we do know for sure is that these implements or a replica of them will be used in a Temple to be rebuilt by the Jewish people during the seven year Tribulation Period yet future in Jerusalem, that can be found in the book of Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, II Thessalonians 2:4 and Revelation 11:1-2.
The Temple Institute in Jerusalem has replicated all the Temple implements and trained the priests to operate this coming Temple, a Temple ready to be rebuilt in Jerusalem.

Scientific report: planet Earth is going back to the Age of the Dinosaur
According to some scientists, global warming over the coming century could mean a return to the temperatures last seen in the age of the dinosaur and which led to the extinction of up to half of all species on the earth at that time.
The British Association for the Advancement of Science at their annual meeting were told that the earth may already be on the breaking edge of a wave of mass extinctions as global average temperatures become higher than they have been in the last 10 million years.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
According to a recently released scientific report, the earth is going back to the age of the dinosaur, a very interesting report in light of Bible prophecy.
As the world listens to statement after statement and watches film documentations on the subject of global warming, the most recent pronouncement indicates that our earth is facing climatic changes today that will take us back to the conditions prevalent of yesterday, and the yesteday that scientists are referring to is the period of time when dinosaurs roamed this earth. The campaign to prepare the world for the results of global warming has received another boost to get the word out and to everybody.
As a student of Bible prophecy and as a student of the entire Bible, I would suggest several observations as it relates to the End Times and this issue of global warming. I do not know, nor does anybody else really know the truth about global warming. I do know however, during the time of judgment in the future, the Tribulation Period, there will also be ecological judgment on the earth: grass and trees will be burned up, the oceans will turn to blood, the fish of the seas will be killed, and fresh water, rivers, and lakes will turn to blood also, that's Revelation 8:7-11 and 16:3-7. As it relates to the age of dinosaurs, according to scientists, 10 million years ago, that is impossible unless one is willfully ignorant which is how the Apostle Peter described people during the time of the near return of Jesus Christ back to the earth, and that's found in II Peter 3:3-7.
A supposed scientific report that says we're going back to the age of dinosaurs does indeed set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

A Jerusalem Rabbi says illegal construction on the Temple Mount is an attempt to obliterate all historic traces of the holy Temple
Rabbi Chaim Richman of the Temple Institute in Jerusalem says he has witnessed the continued illegal construction being conducted by the Islamic Trust, the custodians of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, and the deliberate destruction of archaeological remnants and the attempt to obliterate all historic traces of the ancient Jewish holy Temple.
Rabbi Richman who conducts guided tours of the Temple Mount says that these tours of the Temple Mount conducted in accordance with Jewish law have taken on crucial significance as a daily reminder to the Israeli government that freedom of worship is being denied the Jewish people.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Daily tours of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem conducted by a rabbi is evidence that this sacred piece of real estate has an important future, that is according to Bible prophecy.
It has been almost thirty years that the city of Jerusalem has been reunited and access to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem has been an opportunity for Jews wishing to visit the sacred piece of real estate known as the Temple Mount.
Interestingly, several days after the Israelis reunited Jerusalem, the Israeli government gave custodial responsibilities for the Temple Mount to an Islamic trust who has implemented very strict rules for any Jewish worshippers who want to visit the Temple Mount.
Now, however, the Temple Institute in Jerusalem, the organization who has prepared the priest, the implements, and preconstruction plans for the next Temple to be built in Jerusalem, is in the process of educating all Jews of the spiritual significance of the Temple Mount.
As Rabbi Chaim Richman conducts his daily tours on the Temple Mount, he points out where the Holy of Holies was located, where the Sanhedrin stood, and many other facts about Temple operation on the Temple Mount.
These daily guided tours are an ongoing effort to prepare for the next Temple to stand on the Temple Mount. The truth is, however, that there are two Temples in the future. The one that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, will build, that's Zechariah 6:12-13. By the way, that Temple will be built by Jesus Christ for the Kingdom Period in the future.

Iran plans to destroy the Tomb of King Cyrus who was a friend of the Jews
The Iranian ayatollahs have made plans to destroy the Tomb of King Cyrus, the Persian king known for authorizing the Jewish exiles to return from the Babylonian captivity to Jerusalem to rebuild the holy Temple.
The Iranian government is in the final stages site of constructing a dam in Southern Iran that will submerge the archaeological site of Cyrus, who liberated Babylonian Jewry from their exile with the famous Declaration of Cyrus mentioned in the Biblical book of Ezra.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Iran's destruction of the Tomb of King Cyrus will not negate history and is evidence that Bible prophecy was and will be fulfilled.
The ayatollahs that are in reality the true political leaders of Iran as well as the religious leaders of this Islamic republic, believe that by destroying the tomb of the Persian King Cyrus, they can negate history and any proof of the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. This is actually a plot by Islamic leaders to remove any evidence that the Jews had a right to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and the provision of a worship center on the Temple Mount.
We must remember that modern day Iran is Biblical Persia, the Gentile world empire that was ruled by King Cyrus 2,500 years ago. The Persian king who ruled the world after the fall of the Babylonian Empire, was a fulfillment of Bible prophecy. Isaiah in his book, chapter 44:28, wrote 150 years before the fact that a king named Cyrus would be raised up and allow the Jews to return to Jerusalem to rebuild their Temple and their nation. The scribe Ezra recorded the fulfillment of this prophecy, Ezra 1:2-4, and the book itself also records the Temple's rebuilding and its dedicatory service, Ezra 6:15-22. Bible prophecy already fulfilled is a basis for believing that yet unfulfilled Bible prophecy will also be fulfilled.
Zechariah, Ezekiel, Daniel and other ancient Jewish prophets wrote of an End Time Temple that will be built in Jerusalem on the Temple Mount. Those prophecies will indeed be fulfilled.

Scientists call for "Evidence-Based" teaching of evolution in schools
A statement signed by 67 national science academies says evidence of the origins of life is being concealed, denied, or confused and the world's top scientists are calling for "Evidence-Based" teaching of evolution in schools.
These scientists say the key facts of evolution, which they claim is scientific evidence which has never been contradicted, also includes the fact that the earth is 4.5 billion years old and the onset of life was at least 2.5 billion years ago.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The world's top scientists believe that every classroom must teach "Evidence-Based" evolution to explain the origins of man, which is in reality a precursor to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy for the Last Days. There has been growing concern within the scientific community that children are not being taught basic facts on evolution and the nature of scientific inquiry.
The world's top scientists say in some countries the simple theory of evolution is denied in the teaching of children in schools. Now, these scientists want evidence based evolution taught in all schools.
I must remind you, it is indeed the theory of evolution and it never has been determined scientifically to be absolute. It is still a theory. This report is however, evidence that Jesus Christ is preparing to come back to the earth, seemingly in the near future. The Apostle Peter, in the content of his last book, II Peter 3:2-7, wrote that in the Last Days supposedly intelligent people will be willingly ignorant, or actually dumb on purpose, ignorant of the truth of the biblical account of Creation and the origins of all of life, all that is in our universe.
The denial by the world's top scientists that the God of the Bible created everything in six 24-hour days around 6,000 years ago is evidence that Jesus Christ is coming soon.

The Vatican says Hitler and Stalin were possessed by the Devil
Father Gabriele Amorth President of the International Association of Exorcists and Pope Benedict's caster out of demons claims that Germany's Adolph Hitler and Russian leader Jo Stalin were possessed by the Devil and he added that he was convinced that the Nazis were all possessed.
The Vatican's chief exorcist said of course the Devil exists which is why, according to Amorth, we need to defend society from demons. Father Amorth in the past has spoken out against the Potter books claiming that reading the novels of the teen wizard would open children's minds to dabbling with the occult and black magic.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The Vatican's claim that Adolph Hitler and Jo Stalin were both possessed by the Devil is in fact confirmed by the End Times scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy.
History records that Adolph Hitler and Jo Stalin were responsible for millions of people being killed during WWII. There is documentation from secular sources that Adolph Hitler was very active in the occult and would consult with demons before making many of his dastardly decisions that resulted in the death of millions. The claim by the Vatican that Hitler and Stalin were both possessed by the Devil has an interesting connection to Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
The ancient Jewish prophet, Daniel wrote 2,500 years ago of two world leaders in the past that were possessed by the Devil as well, that's in Daniel 10. In Daniel 10:13, the prophet describes the Persian leader Haaman, spoken of in the Old Testament book of Esther, as being controlled by the Devil. Verse 20 of that same chapter in Daniel refers to the Greek leader Antiochus Epiphanes who desecrated the Jewish Temple in 168 BC as predicted by Daniel 11. II Corinthians 11:13-15 reveals that the Devil does have demons who he dispatches to control world leaders in the Last Days.
As the Last Days come more into focus, the Vatican claim is on target.

A Muslim official in Jerusalem admits there were two previous Jewish temples on the Temple Mount
In contradiction to most of his colleagues, a former senior official of the Islamic Trust on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, the Islamic custodians on the temple Mount, says he has come to believe that the first and second Jewish temples existed and stood at the current location of the al Aqsa Mosque.
Supposedly, Islamic custodians passed down stories for centuries from generation to generation, indicating that the mosque was built at the site of the former Jewish temples. This former al Aqsa official says to admit the Jewish temples existed does not forfeit Islamic rights to the Temple Mount. He said that the present mosque completes the divine religion of Islam, the third and last religion.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The statement by an Islamic official in Jerusalem that Jewish temples did once stand on the Temple Mount is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. The statements from a former senior leader of the Islamic Trust in Jerusalem, the custodians of the Temple Mount, that he believes there have been two Jewish temples on the Temple Mount is inline with all historic and archaeological evidence available today.
Though this statement is in contradiction to what the Islamic world declares, that there has never been a Jewish presence on the Temple Mount much less two previous temples, the belief of this former custodian of the holy site is based upon Islamic tradition passed down from generation to generation.
Not only has there been two previous Jewish temples on the Temple Mount in the past, there will be two additional Jewish temples on the Temple Mount in the future. Daniel 9:27 reveals a temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem during the seven year Tribulation Period, a time of great judgment in the future. By the way, this is also confirmed by Matthew 24:15, II Thessalonians 2:4, and Revelation 11:1-2.
Zechariah, another ancient Jewish prophet, wrote in chapter 1 verse 16 and chapter 6 verses 12 and 13 that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, will come back to Jerusalem and build His Temple where He will rule and reign from during the 1000 year Kingdom yet to come. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

A new movie and television special presents an Islamic Jesus to the Moslem world
A film producer, who shares the ideas of Iran's hard-line president, has produced what he says is the first film giving an Islamic view of Jesus Christ in a bid to show the common ground, he says, between Moslems and Christians.
The film, Jesus the spirit of Allah, and it's television version which will further explore the links between Jesus and the Immam Mahdi, the Moslem Messiah, who will usher in, with Jesus, a new era of peace and harmony.
The film and tv version of the Islamic Jesus says that Jesus was not crucified but was taken by Allah directly into heaven to await His return with the Islamic Messiah.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
An Islamic Jesus, who did not die on a cross and resurrect from the dead, is not the Jesus of the Bible, and a film depicting such a Jesus to the Moslem world has great prophetic significance for the end times.
In an effort to make a bridge between Christianity and Islam, despite the stark divergence from Christian doctrine about the final hours of Jesus Christ before His death, the Iranian film producer believes he can open the door for dialogue between Christians and Moslems.
The film, by saying that Allah saved Jesus from death on a cross with Judas taking His place, is a stark contradiction to the Bible records in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is the foundation of the Christian faith.
The Apostle Paul wrote the Corinthians two thousand years ago that if Jesus Christ did not die and resurrect from the dead, He was not the Son of God and we Christians are still in sin, I Corinthians 15:1-20.
In that same letter to the Christians in Corinth, Paul wrote of the Rapture of the Church, I Corinthians 15:51-53, when Jesus will take us from earth to heaven to be with Him forevermore. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ is a must if the Rapture is to take place.
Anyone, Islamists or whomever, who says that Jesus Christ did not die and raise from the dead is of an anti-christ philosophy, I John 2. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

President Bush visited the Holocaust museum as religious Jews say
On his last day in Israel, US President George W. Bush visited Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum, to honor and remember the six million Jews killed in the WWII Nazi Holocaust of the Jews.
Accompanied by Secretary of State Rice, the president toured the children's memorial, laid a reef in the Hall of Remembrance, as is the case when any head of state visits Israel, and he wandered why the US did not bomb the Auschwitz death camp during the time of the Holocaust. Meanwhile, hundreds of religious Jewish activists gathered in Jerusalem protesting the visit of President Bush saying that his policies and the pressure being applied to the Israeli government could well bring another Holocaust upon the Jewish people.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Religious Jews warning of a coming Holocaust is in line with the prophetic scenario that is found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
It was a very interesting statement made by President Bush during his visit at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem, when the president asked why the US did not bomb the Auschwitz death camp during the horrific days of the WWII Nazi Holocaust of the Jewish people. However, there is a number of religious Jews in Israel and around the world that believe the Middle East policies, and the pressure coming from the Bush administration, as well as from the EU, UN and Russia may be putting the state of Israel and the Jewish people in harm's way.
The threat of another Jewish Holocaust is not only real, it is an absolute according to Bible prophecy. The ancient Jewish prophet, Zechariah, wrote 2,500 years ago that during the coming judgment period of seven years, the Tribulation Period, two out of every three Jews will be killed. John the Apostle who wrote the book of Revelation, revealed the prophetic scenario that calls for Satanic creatures, evil angels, to try and eliminate every Jew on Earth during these coming days of judgment.

President Bush is Calling for Israel to End its Occupation of Arab Lands
After talking to Israeli and Palestinian leaders during his visit to Israel, President Bush has called for the Jewish state to end the occupation of Arab lands taken in 1967, so that a viable Palestinian state can be created. Many political pundits are saying that this is the first public statement by Mr. Bush calling for Israel to give up what he termed “occupied land”. While at the time, Bush reaffirmed US commitments to an Israel inside secure and defensible borders.
The President believes that the two sides will be able to sign a peace deal before he leaves office in January, 2009.
Jimmy’s Prophetic Prospective on the News
Israeli giving up land to create a Palestinian land would be a precursor to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy. On his trip to the Middle East, President Bush called for Israel to give up what he called “occupied Arab land” so that there could be a Palestinian state.
In fact, the US President said, “Israel must give up land so that a viable Palestinian state can be created.” The operative word being “created”. There has never been a Palestinian state in the land area known as Israel today.
Leviticus 25 reveals that God said that the land is His land, and that He makes the choices as to whom will live on the land. The Land Covenant of Deuteronomy 30 reveals that God has given the land in question to the Jewish people. Ezekiel 34 states 18 times that God will gather the Jews from around the world and give the land of their forefathers to the Jewish people. Ezekiel 35:22 says that God does this “for His holy name’s sake”.
In a quest for peace, President Bush is calling for Israel to give up what he calls “occupied land”, and in doing so, sets the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

US President George W. Bush is in Israel with a vision for peace
George W. Bush, President of the United States is visiting Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert at his home in Jerusalem. While there, Bush told the Israeli leader that he comes on his first trip to Israel as President with an understanding of his role to foster a vision of peace. The President told those at the welcoming ceremony that he is realistic, but it is vital for the world to fight terrorism and to confront those who would murder the innocent to achieve political objectives. President Bush will meet with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in addition to his meetings with the Israeli leaders.
Thousands of Palestinians staged protests against the Bush visit by burning US and Israeli flags while chanting “Death to America”.
Jimmy’s Prophetic Prospective on the News
A political leader meeting Jewish and Muslim political leaders in the city of Jerusalem with a vision for peace is a scenario that was predicted 2,500 years ago in Bible prophecy. Every world leader in the West has played a role in trying to bring peace to the Middle East in the last decade. Even the leaders of terrorist organizations say that the Middle East conflict is being fueled by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This quest for peace in the Middle East has alluded all world leaders thus far.
This first trip to Israel as President by George W. Bush is another effort to bring a resolution to the unrest that is so prevalent in the Middle East, and especially between the Israelis and the Palestinians.
The truth be known, from Bible prophecy, in the future, a political leader with a vision for peace will appear in Jerusalem and will bring about a peaceful coexistance between the Jewish state of Israel and its Islamic-Arab enemies, (Daniel 9:27). The Antichrist will be this peacemaker. The events unfolding in Israel, even today, are setting the stage for this prophetic scenario to be fulfilled.

Religious Jews in Israel are asking President Bush, "Is he Nebuchadnezzar or Cyrus?"
A coalition of religious Jews including Torah scholars, political leaders and members of the Sanhedrin have prepared a scroll to be delivered to President Bush during his visit to Israel calling on the US President to choose to be remembered as Cyrus and not Nebuchadnezzar.
This historic document, transcribed on parchment paper in the shape of a scroll, is addressed to the leader of the West reminding President Bush to declare to the world that he will honor God's Word and act towards settling the Jewish people throughout their entire land. The scroll reminds the president of the fact that Nebuchadnezzar destroyed the Jewish state and Cyrus put it back together according to the Biblical record.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The visit by US President George W. Bush to Israel can either follow the pattern of King Nebuchadnezzar or King Cyrus, either way the Bush visit has great prophetic significance according to Bible prophecy.
When any world leader visits the Jewish state of Israel, it is very newsworthy and almost always history making, thus is the case as George W. Bush makes his very first visit as President of the US to Israel at a very critical time in history. As a follow up to the peace conference last November in Annapolis, President Bush's visit to Israel is an effort to give direction for a resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. President Bush's demands to uproot the Jewish settlements have been met with a scroll to be presented to the president that ask him does he want to be like Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar who destroyed the Jewish state or would he rather be like the Medo-Persian king, King Cyrus who was used by God to rebuild the Jewish nation of Israel and to rebuild the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem. Both have approaches have great prophetic significance according to the scenario that can be found in the Bible for the Last Days.

Russia is worried that its Muslim community is on track to account for more than half its population
Low domestic birthrates coupled with ever-increasing immigration from the former Soviet Republics is producing explosive growth in Russia's Muslim community which is on track to account for more than half its population by mid-century.
Russia's national fertility rate is 1.28 children per woman, far below what is needed to maintain the country's population of nearly 143 million, while the average fertility rate for Russian Muslims is six children per woman.
Russia's Muslim population has increased by 40% since 1989 and by 2015, Muslims will make up a majority of Russia's military, figures that have Slavic Russians concerned about becoming a minority in their own country.

The former superpower nation of Russia has in recent years been moving to reestablish itself as a major player on the world scene. Russian President Vladimir Putin, a major force in Russian politics, has emerged as a key player in world affairs and looks to continue to impact Russia, Europe, and in fact the world.
However, there are concerns that the explosive birth rate and immigration of Muslims in Russia could also have an impact on world affairs in the very near future. This is a scenario that is found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days as it pertains to Russia.
Ezekiel, the ancient Jewish prophet some 2,500 years ago pre-wrote history with his prophecy that the geographical location known then as Magog, modern-day Russia, would lead a coalition of nations to destroy Israel, that's Ezekiel 38:2. All the other nations in that coalition would be of Islamic or Arabic background, that's Ezekiel 38:2-6.

Israeli PM Ehud Olmert meets with Jordanian King Abdullah to discuss dividing Jerusalem
In a meeting between Israeli PM Ehud Olmert and Jordanian King Abdullah, quickly arranged before the arrival of US President George Bush in the Middle East, these two Middle Eastern leaders discussed a number of issues, but key among them was the division of the city of Jerusalem.
Prior to the 1967 Six Day War, Jordan controlled the city of Jerusalem including the Temple Mount and with Olmert's proposal to divide Jerusalem as a means of advancing the peace process, the king told Olmert he had to stand up to the commitments he made in the past and begin to make public statements regarding the division of Jerusalem.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
A Jewish leader of Israel willing to divide the city of Jerusalem to advance the peace process will do the exact opposite according to Bible prophecy.
Israeli PM Olmert has, in private meetings, suggested to the Palestinians that he might be ready to re-divide the city of Jerusalem if it will indeed advance the political process. This information leaked to the body politic of Israel, caused a major political uproar and put in place a coalition of political and religious groups that oppose any kind of Jerusalem. In their recent meeting in Jordan, PM Olmert and King Abdullah discussed this issue with Jordan's king encouraging Olmert to move forward with his plan which according to Bible prophecy, will have the opposite effect that the two leaders desire.
Twenty-five hundred years ago, Zechariah, the ancient Jewish prophet, wrote that the ones controlling the Temple Mount in Jerusalem would actually make the Lord angry with their arrogant misuse of this sacred piece of real estate, Zechariah 1:15. The Lord's plan for Jerusalem and the Temple Mount calls for a unified city under Jewish control in the future, Zechariah 1:16, 6:12-13 and Ezekiel 37:28.
A division of Jerusalem today does indeed set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled in a soon coming tomorrow.

A major world church organization has called for the US to pull out of Iraq
The World Council of Churches, which brings together about 350 Protestant, Orthodox and other churches representing more than 560 million church members, has called for a complete withdrawal of US forces from Iraq.
The Church's largest ecumenical movement also said that the US and its allies must settle the dispute over Iran's nuclear program through negotiations because the Middle East should not suffer another war that is unlawful, immoral, and ill-conceived according to their opinion.
The World Council of Churches (WCC) said that the threat to begin another war in the Middle East defies the lessons of both history and ethics and the region and the people must not suffer another war.

The call by the WCC to end war in the Middle East actually echoes what a world-wide church will say during the first half of the seven-year Tribulation Period in the future according to Bible prophecy.
The WCC, which represents over 560 million church members around the world, has called upon the US and its allies to stop making war. This organization, the Church's largest ecumenical movement today, has declared the war in Iraq unlawful, immoral and ill-conceived and they do not want it to happen again. Although the Roman Catholic Church is not a member of the WCC, it cooperates with it.
This report is almost a prototype of what could well be reported in the first three and a half years of the future seven year Tribulation Period, a terrible time of judgment to come. The Apostle John wrote about this world-wide church body yet to come in Revelation 17. This one-world church revealed in Revelation will be headed up by the false messiah, the Antichrist. The Antichrist will rise to great power by leading this false church, headquartered in the city of Rome, and will bring war to an end, at least initially in the future, Daniel 9:27 and Revelation17.

An Israeli government official forbids Jews from praying on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem
According to a letter written by Israeli Public Security Minister Avi Dichter, a Jew is not allowed to pray in any overt manner whatsoever on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem even if he is just moving his lips in prayer.
Israel's Supreme Court has ruled that it accepted the government's position that it was not opposed to individual Jewish prayer on the Temple Mount providing it was not of a demonstrative nature that could lead to public disorder. an arrest for expressing an outward sign of prayer. Dichter said that it was impossible to arrest a person for conversing with God; however, it was possible to carry out an arrest for expressing an outward sign of prayer.

The fact that the Israeli government can forbid a Jew from praying on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is an indication that Bible prophecy will indeed be fulfilled and maybe in the near future.
The pronouncement by Israel's Public Security Minister Avi Dichter that Jews cannot move their lips as they pray on the Temple Mount has motivated two Israeli members of the Knesset to challenge this ruling. A number of Jews, including members of the newly reformed Sanhedrin, have been visiting the Temple Mount and offering prayer on the spot on this Earth that is most sacred to the Jewish people. Dichter's order to forbid prayers on the Temple Mount will be met by refusal to obey Israeli law according to sources in the religious Jewish community.
This story is evidence that Zechariah was able to prewrite history in his prophetic passage describing Jerusalem as the center of controversy in the Last Days, Zechariah 12:2-3. The Psalmist recorded God's plan to dwell among the Jewish people forever on the Temple Mount, Psalm 132:13-14. Ezekiel, in Ezekiel 37:26-28 reveals that a Jewish Temple will be on the Temple Mount in the future and once there, forever.
Jewish prayers on the Temple Mount forbidden today will be a daily event in the future according to Bible prophecy.

Less than ten percent of all born again Christians have a Biblical world view
George Barna, a pollster with an independent marketing research company, found in a recent survey that only 4% of the overall population of America and 9% of born-again Christians have a biblical world view, suggesting that many of the nation's moral and spiritual challenges are directly attributable to this fact.
For the purposes of the research, a biblical world view was defined as believing that absolute moral truth exists, that such truth is defined by the Bible, and that the Bible is accurate in all of its teachings.

A biblical world view based upon understanding Bible prophecy is essential for an understanding of the times we live in today.
Let's look at the provision in scripture for a biblical world view. All scripture is God breathed. That means it's inspired and is profitable for doctrine, for correction, and instruction in righteousness, that's II Timothy 3:16. God gave the scriptures to the Jew to preserve and communicate to mankind, Romans 3:1-2. And thus, we have His written Word for us today. Our blessings and understanding comes from God's provision of His heart, His mind, His thoughts in written form, the Bible.
Now, let's look at the priority for studying a biblical world view. The Apostle Paul wrote that we must study the Word of God, a workman that need not be ashamed, relying on God's Word for all of life's questions. We must rightly divide the Word of truth, the Bible, to ascertain its true meaning. These two principles, study and rightly dividing the Word of God, are instruction for the End Times and they come from Paul's exhortation to young Timothy found in II Timothy 2:15.
Finally, let's look at the prophetic scenario of a biblical world view. A study of Bible prophecy reveals the scenario for the Last Days with a seven year period of judgment in our world followed by the return of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, to establish His Kingdom here on earth. However, preceeding that seven years of judgment, those who are true born again Christians will be taken out of this world to be with Jesus Christ, that's the Rapture.
Allowing the Bible to form our world view prepares us for these future events and gives us evidence as to how close they may be.
