The Islamic Movement in Israel says that seminars on the Jewish temple are a danger to the Islamic holy site
This three-part seminar held throughout Israel with tens of thousands in attendance, included a virtual tour of the Temple Mount, an explanation of the daily Temple life as well as a job description for the kohanim, the priests. The Islamic spokesman said the seminars are a serious threat and a drastic move toward the establishment of a Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem in place of al Aqsa Mosque which is the third holiest site in Islam.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The Islamic outcry over seminars on the third Temple, being attended by tens of thousands of Jews in Israel, is a precursor to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy
An ultra-Orthodox Jewish movement has been holding seminars on the third Jewish Temple that have angered the Islamic movement in Israel who claims these seminars present a danger to their Islamic holy site, the al Aqsa Mosque. Al Aqsa is the third holiest site in Islam, while at the same time it is the holiest site in Judaism and the location of the next Jewish Temple that is being prepared for right now. Both Islam and Judaism say they cannot share the Temple Mount. Only one religion can control the worship on this sacred piece of real estate; therefore, there will be a conflict over this site as was foretold by the ancient Jewish prophets.
Zechariah wrote 2,500 years ago that the Temple Mount would become intoxicating to those who control this spot and it would be a burdensome weight, Zechariah 12:2-3. The Psalmist wrote that the Lord has chosen this spot to dwell among the Jewish people forever, Psalm 132:13-14. Jesus will come to build His Temple on the Temple Mount, Zechariah 6:12, just after the Antichrist has built a Temple there and desecrated it, Daniel 9:27.
Conflict over the Temple Mount and a coming Temple does indeed set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Jews in Jerusalem and around the world today are praying for another temple to be built in Jerusalem
Jews on this day gather near the area where these temples once stood at the Western Wall and during the 25 hour fast they read the book of Lamentations and pray for the temple to be rebuilt by next Tish B'Av, a prayer that has been prayed every day for over 1900 years.
This Tish B'Av hundreds and thousands of Jews marched to the Temple Mount led by Gershon Solomon, head of the Temple Mount Faithful, to not only read Lamentations and pray for the rebuilding of the next temple, but to also protest American pressure to even give up the Temple Mount to the Palestinians for a Palestinian state.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Even as America applies pressure on the Israeli government to give up the Temple Mount, there are Jews preparing to follow through on their prayers for a Jewish temple on the Temple Mount. They have everything ready to build the next temple and fulfill Bible prophecy.
On Tish B'Av hundreds and thousands of Jews gather at the Western Wall in Jerusalem and at the seven gates that lead up onto the Temple Mount to read the book of Lamentations and to pray for the temple to be rebuilt by next Tish B'Av.
US pressure on Israel to give up the Temple Mount is in the face of God's plan for this sacred piece of real estate. 2500 years ago the ancient Jewish prophet Zechariah that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, would come back and build His temple, the kingdom temple, on the Temple Mount (Zechariah 6:12). I must remind you, however, that before Jesus builds His temple, there will be a temple in the seven year Tribulation period (Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, II Thessalonians 2:4, and Revelation 11:1.) This next temple will be desecrated by the false messiah, the Antichrist. All preparations have been made for that temple, the tribulation temple, to be rebuilt and they could start construction today.
On Tish B'Av remember - Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The Knesset, Israel's legislative body, has in recent days focused on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem
An expert on the subject, Dr. Mordechai Keidar, discussed the political implications of Israel's stance on the Temple Mount and said the struggle for Jerusalem is not territorial, it is theological and he downplayed the Palestinian claim for the Temple Mount since Jerusalem is not mentioned even once in the Koran.
The Moslem view of Judaism is the root of the PA's refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish nation and they firmly reject all Jewish claim to the Temple Mount while at the same time they reject that the Temple Mount is Judaism's most holy site.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Judaism's claim that the Temple Mount is their most holy site and the rejection of that claim by the PA is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
Dr. Mordechai Keidar speaking at the Israeli parliament, the Knesset, made a very profound statement that the struggle for Jerusalem is not territorial, but it is theological. The statement by the Moslem world that Judaism is no longer relevant will not make the controversy surrounding the Temple Mount go away.
However, when you turn to God's prophetic Word, we can see what the Lord has planned for this sacred site. The Psalmist wrote in Psalm 132:13-14 that God has chosen Jerusalem and especially the Temple Mount to dwell among His people, the Jewish people forever. The Lord made a covenant with the second Jewish king, King David, that one day He would bring all of the Jewish people to this spot and give them the land forever, II Samuel 7:10. On the Temple Mount one day there will be built a Temple where the Messiah, Jesus Christ, will rule and reign forever, Zechariah 6:13. In fact, Jesus will build that Temple, Zechariah 6:12.
If the discussions in the Israeli Knesset do not include these passages of Scripture, they are wasting their time.

Israelis held a anti-President Obama rally in Jerusalem
The Obama Administration has made it clear that Israel must stop building of all types throughout Judea and Samaria as well in parts of Israel's capital city, Jerusalem, and in particular sections of the city which were liberated during the Six Day War in 1967.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Israeli protests against the US administration led by President Obama and his policies related to Israel is evidence that Bible prophecy is and will be fulfilled.
One of the most high ranking delegations from the US government to ever visit Israel made a visit in Jerusalem and they apparently applied more pressure on a number of issues. Israeli protesters of US policy as it relates to Israel, demanded the Israeli government say yes to Israeli independence and no to US dictates on Israel.
As I report this story, I am reminded of the statement made by Jesus Christ in His Olivet Discourse which is recorded in Luke 21. In verse 24 of Luke's 21st chapter, Jesus says Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles until the Times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. That phrase, "The Times of the Gentiles", is referring to any time in history when Gentile world leaders control and dictate what happens in Jerusalem, the state of Israel and to the Jewish people. That is what is actually happening today.
The Times of the Gentiles began when Nebuchadnezzar captured Jerusalem and took the Jews into bondage 2,500 years ago, II Chronicles 36. The prophet Daniel wrote that this Gentile control will continue until Jesus Christ comes back to establish His Kingdom, Daniel 2:40-45.
As the Obama administration continues to have an Israeli policy contradictory to God's plan for the Jewish people and Jerusalem, the evidence is very strong that Bible prophecy is and will be fulfilled.

Jewish rabbis gathered in the Jewish settlements to reject President Obama's plan for Israel
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The demand by the Obama Administration to stop building in Judea and Samaria and to evacuate this God-given land, will lead to a second Jewish state in Israel according to Bible prophecy.
The Obama Administration seems to believe that the Jewish settlements are an impediment to a resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. President Obama and his foreign affairs team have made it clear that their must be no building in the Jewish settlements and that they want these settlements evacuated.
The end times scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy reveals that the Jews would return to the land of their forefathers in fulfillment of the promise that God made to the Jewish people referring to this land (Ezekiel 36:8-12 and 37:7-10). However, these same passages of prophecy speak of a second Jewish state in this land in the last days (Ezekiel 37:15-23). One of these Jewish states will be called Israel - the other will be called Judah. The state called Israel is in place right now and the continuing efforts to force Jews off of this God-given land in Judea and Samaria, will eventually force the Jews to form a second Jewish state which, in fact, is now under discussion and in the planning stages.
Rest assured, Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The Israeli prime minister and the mayor of Jerusalem have rejected demands from the Obama Administration to stop building in Jerusalem
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The pressure from the Obama Administration to divide the city of Jerusalem is against Israeli government policy but more importantly, it is against God's plan for Jerusalem in the future - according to Bible prophecy.
Earlier this year, President Obama, in a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu at the White House, started to apply pressure on Israel to freeze all construction in the Jewish settlements and make ready to evacuate them. Now that White House pressure is focused on Jerusalem, which the Obama Administration considers at least a portion of Jerusalem, to be disputed territory and that the Jews have no right to live there. This notion is rejected by Prime Minister Netanyahu and the mayor of Jerusalem. They believe, as did Israel's first Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion, that Jerusalem is the undivided eternal capital of the Jewish people. In fact, that is what the Bible, God's word, also says.
According to the ancient Jewish prophet Isaiah, Jerusalem will be the place of the Jewish temple where the nations will come once day to study at the feet of the Messiah Jesus Christ and the word of the Lord will go forth from Jerusalem throughout all the world (Isaiah 2). Before that time, however, Jerusalem will be intoxicating to those who think they control it, especially the Temple Mount, and it will be a place of great controversy (Zechariah 12:2). Zechariah 1:12-16 says Jesus is very upset about that notion and He is aggressively possessive of the city of Jerusalem where He will come back one day and build His temple.
US pressure in Israel to divide the city of Jerusalem is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

A large number of evangelical Christians gathered in Washington to stand up for Israel
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, addressing the group via satellite, reminded them that now there are millions of Christians that stand with Israel because they want the truth to be known and peace in the holy land.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
There will come a day when Christians will no longer be able to stand up for the Jewish state of Israel - according to Bible prophecy.
The evangelical group, Christians United For Israel, is only one of many Christian organizations and, in fact, churches that have taken a stand for the Jewish state of Israel. This Christian support for Israel comes from and understanding of Bible prophecy that reveals that God still has a plan for the Jewish people. There is a segment of Christianity that believes God is finished with the Jews and that the Church has replaced the Jews in God's future plans and that is dangerously not correct. However, let me remind you that God's word does not say Christians must back the Israeli government, a very secular humanistic government, but, indeed, the Bible does teach us that we must stand with the Jewish people.
God does have a plan for the Jews as recorded in the prophetic passages of His word. 2500 years ago, the ancient Jewish prophet Ezekiel wrote that God would gather the Jews from every corner of the world and bring them into the land of their forefathers (Ezekiel 34:11-31). Ezekiel wrote of the land that God will give to the Jewish people and does speak of the disputed areas in Judea and Samaria. I hasten, however, to remind you that when the Jews are in the land of their forefathers, an alignment of nations will come to try to annihilate the Jews (Ezekiel 38). Before all of these prophecies are completely fulfilled Christians leave this Earth at the Rapture of the Church and will be unable to support Jews anymore.
Remember - Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

There is a Jewish organization that plans to reclaim land in Jordan that God gave to the Jewish people 3,500 years ago
Many Jews purchased land in what is now Jordan during the British mandate when such land was seen primarily as part of the greater land of Israel which was confiscated by Jordan's rulers after Jordan declared independence as an Arab-Moslem country in 1946.
The Jewish group now faces great difficulty in purchasing this formerly Jewish land since Jordanian law views the sell of land to Jews or Israelis as a capitol offense and punishable by death.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The plan by a group of Jews to reclaim land in the state of Jordan, land given to the Jews by God 3,500 years ago is a page out of Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
The Israeli Land Fund has been actively reclaiming Jewish land in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria. They are purchasing this land for cash money and plan to expand their efforts across the Jordan River so they can reclaim Jewish land that Jordan has confiscated for its own use.
The truth be known, the land in question was given to the Jewish people, two of the twelve tribes of Israel, some 3,500 years ago, Joshua 13:15-28. In fact, the Lord promised the Jewish people ten times what they have today according to the thirty eight passages of Scripture that define the Biblical borders of Israel.
This land will only be given to the Jews in the Kingdom Period, that thousand year time frame after the Tribulation, the seven years of judgment on the earth, and the return of the Messiah, Jesus Christ, Genesis 15 and Deuteronomy 30, the Abrahamic and the Land Covenants. Until that time however, there will be a continuing conflict between the Moslems and the Jews.
The Israel Land Fund may or may not purchase land in Jordan today, but in some near future tomorrow, Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

A high ranking Islamic cleric tells thousands of Moslem children on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem that Jews will never build a temple on that site
The Mufti, Sheik Sabri, told the thousands of children swearing by Allah that the Jews will never return to take the Temple Mount and build their Temple there which is the Jewish dream, and the Mufti said that dream will never be fulfilled.
Jewish worshippers gather at the Western Wall surrounding the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and pray their Temple will be rebuilt and then the Messiah will come to lead them into the kingdom promised three thousand years ago to King David.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
A statement by the Mufti in Jeruslaem to thousands of Moslem children that there will never be a Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount is contradictary to Bible prophecy for the End Times.
As the controversy over the Temple Mount in Jerusalem intensifies, the Mufti, a high ranking Moslem cleric, Sheik Sabri, told up to ten thousand Moslem children recently gathered on the Temple Mount that they must defend Al Aqsa and never allow the Jews to rebuild their Temple on this sacred site. For the Mufti to tell thousands of Moslem children that the Jews must not be allowed to build a Temple on the Temple Mount is in total contradiction of what God's Word reveals for the End Times.
Jesus Christ said there would be a Temple on the Temple Mount, Matthew 24:15. Apostles Paul and John said one day a Jewish Temple would be rebuilt in Jerusalem, II Thessalonians 2:4 and Revelation 11:1-2. These passages of Scripture speak of the next Temple to stand in Jerusalem, the Tribulation Temple, and all preparations have been made for that Temple to be errected. The Jews could start construction at any time, but do remember that Zechariah 6:12 tells us that Jesus Himself, will return to the earth and build His Temple which will be there on the Temple Mount forever, Ezekiel 37:26, 28.
The Mufti in Jerusalem is wrong. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

On the 40th anniversary of man's first ever walking on the moon, the astronauts who did that are calling for a manned mission to Mars
Buzz Aldrin, the Apollo 11 veteran and the second man to set foot on the moon after Neil Armstrong, Aldrin says that America could facilitate its international partners in exploring the moon and at the same time, the United States could develop systems for even more ambitious missions in space.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The 40th anniversary of man landing on the moon and then walking on the moon's surface should remind us of the glory of the Lord and His direction in history and prophecy - the future.
One of the greatest achievements in science, if not the greatest ever, man walking on the moon, is or should be a reminder that God created the heavens and the Earth and all that is in them and then gave man intelligence to explore His creation. It was on the 4th day of creation, a 24 hour day, that God created the moon (Genesis 1:16) and that same verse reveals that the Lord also created the Sun and the stars also. However, these space explorations have been a search to discover the origins of man and to see if there is any other intelligent beings in outer space.
The Bible tells us that God created the heavens and then He made the Earth to be inhabited by man. That is the only inhabited place in His creation (Isaiah 45:18). On this broadcast, I deal with current events that are setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. If we do not take the account creation found in Genesis 1 as literal, then we have no basis to take God's prophetic word as literal either. Both the creation story and the prophetic passages of God's word can be taken literal and they are true. It is an absolute - Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The United States Defense Secretary Robert Gates says Iran is the greatest threat to global security
Mr. Gates said that if something is done to prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon of mass destruction the consequences of that are completely unpredictable and, frankly, very bad.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The statement from the United States Defense Secretary Robert Gates that Iran is the greatest threat to global security is a page out of Bible prophecy for the end times.
A recent statement by the Secretary of Defense in the United States, Robert Gates, that a nuclear powered Iran is the greatest threat to global security is in line with Israeli intelligence which has for years said that Israel's biggest threat is indeed Iran. This report is so close to the prophetic scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy and all the players that are listed in the pages of God's word are on the stage ready to begin the final drama.
For example, Iran is the Persia that is spoken of in Ezekiel 38:5. Iran and Syria already have a partnership in the nuclear arms business and Syria is the King of the North mentioned in Daniel 11:40-42. Hezbullah is an arm of the Revolutionary Guard in Iran and they are now located in southern Lebanon which is mentioned as Tyre in Psalm 83:7. Daniel 11, Ezekiel 38, Psalm 83, and many other of the Minor Prophets all call for a coalition of nations to attack the Jewish state of Israel in the last days.
As Iran continues to develop a nuclear weapon of mass destruction and at the same time declare that Israel must be wiped off the face of the Earth, the stage is indeed set for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

A group of over fifty heads of state have called for a New World Order
The leaders of nations like Cuba, Pakistan, Iran, the 58 member states of the African Union including the host country, Egypt, and all 118 member states of the non-align movement developing nations in this world say a new monetary and economic world order and the restructuring of the world financial system must be in place to take into consideration the needs of the developing countries.
Libya's Colonel Khaddafi, who heads up the African Union, also called for the restructuring of the UN Security Council which he branded as a form of terrorism monopolized by a few countries that are permanent members.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The call by over fifty world leaders for a new economic and political world order is a precursor to the prophetic scenario that can be found in Bible prophecy for the End Times.
The non-aligned nations of our world meeting on the Red Sea coast in Egypt have made a demand of the rest of the world to set in place an economic structure to deal with the global financial crisis and they have called it a new world order.
Two ancient Jewish prophets, Daniel and John the writer of Revelation, layout this type of prophetic scenario in their writings. Daniel reveals the rise to power of a world leader to headup this new world order. His name, most familiar to you, one of twenty-seven names in Scripture, the Antichrist is identified in Daniel 7:8, 24 and 11:36-39. John, in the book of Revelation, refers to Daniel's prophecies as recorded in Revelation 13 and gives additional information about the global economic structure in Revelation 13:16, 17 and Revelation 18.
The leaders of over fifty developing nations of this world calling for a new world order have set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

The construction of the Temple is under way in Jerusalem
The museum will feature a journey through Jewish history from the days of Abraham to the present, emphasizing the message and significance of the Jewish people's presence in the land of Israel. The museum's curator said that this will be an audio/visual experience incorporating smells so that the act of entering the Temple will be done with awe of God.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The construction project to build a replica of the Jewish Temple just opposite the Temple Mount in Jerusalem is a precursor to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
A yeshiva, a Jewish seminary, located in Jerusalem has the funding, 20 million dollars, to replicate the Jewish Temple just off the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and the project is now underway. This Temple replica will give visitors the opportunity to experience what the previous Jewish Temples would have looked like while at the same time be a reminder of the fact that one day there will be a Temple standing on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Visitors to the museum will also learn the history of the Jewish people in the land of Israel, the land which God gave His chosen people, and this will be done with a presentation using the latest in high-tech.
The building of a Temple replica just opposite where the real Temple will one day be built does make vivid the reality of a coming Temple for the Jews in Jerusalem. Daniel 9:27, Matthew 24:15, II Thessalonians 2:4 and Revelation 11:1 speak of a Temple that will be built during the terrible Tribulation Period, a seven year period of judgment on the Earth in the future. By the way, all the preparations have been made to build this Temple. Ezekiel 40-46 reveals the Messiah's Temple that will be built in Jerusalem, a Temple that Jesus will build when He returns to the Earth.
This Temple replica in the museum in Jerusalem is indeed a reminder that there will be a real Temple in Jerusalem and possibly very soon.

The Palestinian Authority wants to give control of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem to the global Islamic community
The PA would accept the management of the Temple Mount by the Saudi based Organization of Islamic Conference whose 57 member states includes Iran and other Islamic members who have called for Israel to be wiped off the face of the earth. The Israeli government officially has the sovereign control of the old city of Jerusalem which includes the Temple Mount, but Israel has given custodial responsibilities to the PA of this site, the most sacred site in all of Judaism.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The question of control of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem will be the major controversy in the Last Days according to Bible prophecy.
For the PA and the Organization of Islamic Conference to even consider taking control of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, the al Aqsa Mosque as they refer to this site, is beyond imagination in our world today. The Temple Mount is the most sacred piece of real estate in the world to the Jewish people and for the Global Islamic Community to claim sovereign control of this holy site in the heart of the capital city of Israel is considered by the Jewish state to be outrageous.
The ancient Jewish prophet Zechariah wrote 2,500 years ago that what we see happening today would be the case when Jesus Christ returns to the earth to build His Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Zechariah 12:2 says that Jerusalem will be the center of controversy at this time. Zechariah 1:14-16 reveals that the Messiah, Jesus Christ, will be agressively possessive of Jerusalem, He will be angered by the arrogant security of those who think they control the Temple Mount and Jesus will come and build His Temple on this holy site and rule and reign from that Temple forever.
Any claim by the global Islamic community will be set aside. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

An advisor to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu says Israel must have a tremendously powerful weapon to ward off a nuclear attack
The Israeli security advisor to the prime minister said that he feared that if Iran became a nuclear power, five or six other states in the Middle East would follow suit which he called a potential nightmare for Israel.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
A nuclear powered Israel in a face off with with a nuclear powered Iran and a number of other Middle Eastern states is a scenario that is real today but also a scenario found in Bible prophecy for a soon to be tomorrow.
As US President Obama and Russian President Medvedev recently discussed the reduction of their own nuclear arsenals, the Middle East is actively building up their potential nuclear capabilities. With the statement from the national security advisor in Israel, Uzi Arad, that the Jewish state must be nuclear powered to ward off a nuclear attack by Iran or a number of other Middle Eastern states, it seems to be clear that Israel is ready to apply the "MAD" policy. If attacked, Israel would respond with mutually assured destruction.
These words indicate how close our world may be to the end time scenario that is found in Bible prophecy for the Jewish state. The nation of Iran, mentioned in Ezekiel 38:5, when nuclear powered will follow through on their threat to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth. An alignment of nations including nuclear powered Middle Eastern nations will join Iran in this attack only to be destroyed not by an Israeli nuclear weapon, but by Jesus Christ who will devastate these attackers (Ezekiel 38:18-23).
God, not nuclear weapons, will protect His chosen people. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The French President Sarkozy says an Israeli attack on Iran would be a catastrophe
Meanwhile, Israel continues to prepare militarily for a preemptive attack on Iran, realizing that the Iranian threat and a nuclear weapon of mass destruction is still the number one threat to the Jewish state.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The fact that a world leader like French President Sarkozy could say that Israel defending itself from being wiped off the face of the Earth would be a catastrophe, is a step closer to the fulfillment of Bible prophecy for the last days.
The ongoing threat of a nuclear powered Iran will not go away and world leaders really don't have a resolution to this problem. However, many world leaders do not hesitate to put pressure on Israel to not launch a preemptive strike against a nation that says they will wipe Israel off the face of the Earth. As reported, the French President went as far as to say if Israel did strike Iran in order to destroy the possibility of Iran producing a nuclear weapon of mass destruction, that type of an attack would be a catastrophe. Many of the Arab leaders and the Israeli government believe that if Iran does acquire a nuclear weapon of mass destruction, that would be a catastrophe.
The ancient Jewish prophet Ezekiel prewrote history for our day which I would describe as the last days, the end times. Ezekiel 38:5 speaks of Persia as a nation that will move to attack the Jewish state to wipe it off the face of the Earth. By the way, Persia is the Biblical name for three nations today: Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran. These three nations are major players today and Iran is leading the way to destroy the Jewish state of Israel. This indeed is evidence that Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

Al Gore has compared fighting against climate change to the battle with the Nazis and Hitler
There are numerous scientists and and those who have studied weather patterns for years who totally disagree with Mr. Gore and his campaign to ward off the potential danger from global warming.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
To compare the fight against global warming and the horrific disaster of the Holocaust shows a man's total ignorance of the Bible and God's plan for the future.
For a number of years, the Former Vice President Al Gore has been waging a campaign to alert the world to the potential danger from the so called global warming that is supposedly happening today. Through his worldwide travels and the use of multimedia, Gore has fought the good fight for raising funds, passing legislation, and calling governments to take actions in the fight against global warming.
However, every scientist and meteorologist have not bought in totally to the Vice President's campaign. They deny there is any such thing as global warming or climate change that would be taking place now which would be out of the ordinary.
For the Vice President to compare his fight to the fight against Hitler and Nazism is a display of ignorance to God's word and its prophetic prospective for this world. The Bible rejects the potential for global warming when it states that Jesus Christ created all things in this world including the Earth and that by Him, by Jesus, are all things held together (Colossians 1:16-17). There will be ecological judgment during the Tribulation period (Revelation 8 and 16) but it is not global warming.
As for the Holocaust of Hitler's day, that was not the worst Holocaust ever. During the Tribulation, two out of every three Jews will be killed (Zechariah 13:8) and that will be the worst Holocaust to ever come upon the Jews.
Al Gore comparing his fight against global warming and the fight against Hitler and the Holocaust is indeed setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Israeli experts believe there may be a major oil source in the Dead Sea area
Led by Ginko Oil Company, the three companies believe that this is the best chance for Israel to find oil, a much needed commodity in the Jewish state of Israel which relies on the Arab world to supply Israeli oil needs.
The geological department at Hebrew University says that the fact that oil has been found previously in this area near the Dead Sea could mean that there is more in the region.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The potential for a major source of oil in the Dead Sea area in Israel is setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
Over the years, there have been a number of petroleum wildcatters, speculators, that have suggested various locations in Israel where oil could be found. Many of these speculators even used the Bible to help convince investors to get on board searching for this oil.
Now, three very legitimate companies in Israel have received permission to do exploratory drilling in a nature reserve near the Dead Sea that could be a major source of oil, a natural resource much needed in Israel. Should these companies and this exploratory drilling prove to be successful and they find a major source of oil in Israel, it will be that which prepares the way for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled. Ezekiel 38 mentions several times that the invading armies that come to destroy Israel in the last days will be coming, in fact, be lured into Israel to take a spoil and maybe that spoil is oil. These prophetic passages in Ezekiel 38 are verses 4, 12, 13, and 16.
The potential for a major oil source in the Dead Sea region of Israel does indeed help set the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.

Pope Benedict calls for a stronger UN to tackle major global problems
Benedict said the blind pursuit of profit and economic mismanagement had wreaked havoc on the global economy and there must be a worldwide financial structure put in place to resolve this complex problem.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
A worldwide religious leader calling for a stronger global political power to ensure economic security and world peace is a page out of Bible prophecy.
In the latest teaching from the Vatican in Rome and given by Pope Benedict, the Pope has called for reform of the UN to give this global political institution some teeth with which to tackle the major problems facing our world.
As the Pope has indicated, this world has a global financial crisis that must be dealt with. Pope Benedict says a worldwide political power must step up to bring peace and stability out of the conflict and chaos.
The ancient Jewish prophets wrote of the Last Days and basically wrote of the world we see today unfolding with all of these major problems. Jesus Christ Himself said there would be wars and rumors of wars in the Last Days, Matthew 24:6-7. John, the Apostle who wrote the book of Revelation, in chapter 6:1-8 lays out the scenario for the Last Days that calls for a powerful world leader to deal with the war, the food shortages, financial disaster and even global health problems.
Another of the ancient Jewish prophets, Daniel in chapter 9:27 reveals the appearance of this world leader, a religious leader who will bring peace and supposedly stability to the world. His name is Antichrist. The world today is ready for such a leader and he could appear at any moment.
Pope Benedict's call for this global political power is indeed a page out of Bible prophecy.

The European Union has threatened to wipe England off of the map and create a united Europe
The plan would actually split England into three sections with additional land from other countries to create traditional regions, an endeavor by the EU to boost trade between the European nations. The EU has already named the three regions and selected the nations that would make up the regions which includes England, France, Ireland, Wales, and parts of Portugal, Spain and Scotland.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
As the EU moves ahead with a plan to setup regions in Europe made up of the member states of the EU, the student of Bible prophecy can see better the prophetic scenario found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.
Over the years, the EU has come to its present membership of 27 different nations. Add to these 27 member states the 17 or 18 new states from the Mediterranean Union that has recently been formed and you have 44 to 45 member states that would make up a future EU, a powerful, political, economic, governmental force in our world. Libya's Colonel Gaddafi said recently this united Europe including the Middle Eastern states looks like the old Roman Empire which is the goal of the EU leaders. Gaddafi is pretty much on target. The ancient borders of the old Roman Empire match the borders of the expanded EU, a step closer to Bible prophecy being fulfilled.
Daniel, the ancient Jewish prophet, in chapters 2 and 7 of his prophecy, wrote 2,500 years ago of the revived Roman Empire as the major player in the Last Days and that would include the 10 toes of Daniel 2 and the 10 horns of Daniel 7.
The potential for regions in the EU, 10 regions as they are calling for, is indeed a scenario found in Bible prophecy for the Last Days.

As we celebrate the birthday of the United States, the question of America's place in Bible prophecy can be answered
The other reason given for America's success is that we have protected the Jewish state of Israel for the many years of its existence, keeping the Jewish people from total elimination by its enemies. These two reasons, at the least, have played a role in bringing the United States to where it is today; but where is the United States in Bible prophecy?
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The question of America's place in Bible prophecy does have an answer.
"Where is America in Bible prophecy?" That is the most asked question in any "Prophecy Question and Answer" time. I am always asked this question when I open up to inquiring people.
Once in a "Prophecy Question and Answer" time someone told me that they knew, so I asked "Where?"
They said, "Jerusalem."
I asked them to explain, and they spelled out the word Jerusalem.
"J - e - r - U - S - A - l - e - m", to which everybody laughed.
As I thought about the answer though, I believe that it is correct, the only place in Bible prophecy that I see the possibility of the mention of the United States or an illusion to the United States is in Zechariah 14:2.
Zechariah revealed that at the time of the end all of the armies of the world would gather at Jerusalem, under the leadership of Satan, Anti-Christ, and the False Prophet - there to confront Jesus Christ on His return to the Mount of Olives from where He departed some 2,000 years ago. If America survives the 7 year Tribulation Period, their army would join the other armies of the world at Jerusalem.
America today is great because the backbone of this nation is made up of true, Bible believing, born-again Christians. When the Christians leave this world at the Rapture of the Church, which could happen at any moment, the most powerful nation in the world will most likely fall from it's power base.
America's spiritual decline, in the present, will result in a power decline in the future. Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

The cataclysmic explosion of a giant star is the most distant object ever detected by telescopes
Other telescopes that followed up on the signal confirmed the source to be more than 13 billion light years away and scientists say the star's destruction probably resulted in what astronomers call a black hole.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
The cataclysmic explosion of a giant star at the most distant location ever detected by scientists has a past significance as well as a prophetic significance according to Bible prophecy.
With the power of a satellite that can see farther into outer space than ever before, the scientific world has observed the most distant single object ever detected by a telescope, the cataclysmic explosion of a giant star. The scientific world believes this event will give them more information on the origins of our universe, a quest for truth that is not looking to the right source for the truth when all they must do is look to the source for this knowledge written by the only One who observed it happen and could do it again, and in fact will do it again.
Let me explain. The Bible, Genesis chapter 1, tells how God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them including this star that exploded deep in space., Genesis 1:1-16. In the future, God will destroy this whole universe, II Peter 3:10, and create, as He did the first time, new heavens and a new earth, Revelation 21:1. The Apostle Peter wrote that very brilliant people will be dumb on purpose at the time of the end and they will deny the truth of Creation given to us by God, the One who did it, observed it and then had Moses write about it, II Peter 3:5-7.
The Apostle Peter also said people who deny God created the heavens and the earth and all that in them is will also deny that Jesus Christ is coming back, but I must remind you that Bible prophecy will be fulfilled.

A group of scientists make a mockery of Biblical Creation
The scientists said the Creation Museum, the work of Ken Ham and his organization Answers in Genesis, was like Sunday School with statues.
The visiting scientists said Creationism is a theory not supported by most mainstream Christian churches and it presents a literal interpretation of the Bible.
Jimmy's Prophetic Prospective on the News
Scientists who say the Creation Museum is an offense to their life work as Evolutionists are actually confirming the Bible and setting the stage for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
During a recent trip to the Creation Museum near Cincinnati, OH, a group of Paleontologists not only were offended by the literal interpretation of the Biblical Creation story, but mocked at the very thought that there is a God, an Intelligent Designer, Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them.
These so-called scientists said that a literal of the Biblical account of Creation was an attack on their life's work in Evolution. The truth be known, that is correct. The Bible does attack the Theory of Evolution and reveals that it is a religion, a philosophy that can only be accepted by faith.
True science is personal observation of an event and the ability to reproduce the event which is not the case in the origins of man. It is a fact that Creation must be accepted by faith, belief in the Biblical account from the only One who did actually observe Creation and can replicate it, and that would be God.
II Peter 3:5 says these pseudo scientists would indeed be willfully ignorant of God's work in Creation and more so as we approach the time of the Lord's return, II Peter 3:4.
The Theory of Evolution and those who propagate it are indeed setting the stage for Jesus to return and for Bible prophecy to be fulfilled.
